Are High End Audio Cables "Snake Oil" or The Real Deal?

Cables for only $0.75/ft + termination are already fully sonically transparent, so what he says in this video is pure BS. High-end cables is never the sollution to anything. Put that money toward room treatment, multi-sub and DSP instead and you'll be much happier.

Do you know what you are hearing in highend cables? capacitance, they add a capacitor to change the sound,and it's hidden withing that thick outer housing.
