Had a video of 3 mins 46 secs to send on WhatsApp. Videos all cut off at 2mins 50secs why is this.

I have tried it several times with my video of 21 minutes and the size is 1.18MB and when I upload it to WhatsApp after compressing it on Wondershare it cannot be shared on whatsapp

The software actually made my video way larger, even though I've chosen mp4 in sd quality. The online tool worked fine. I'll stick with the online version then.
