1. Did you ever have any issues with Notice of Security Interest (NOSI) unknown at any time of your Subto? Your Subto is similar to what we have in Canada, we call it Vendor Take Back, (VTB).
2. Has there been a contract that carried the deed in the owners/sellers name where they could not help themselves and got a HELOC or other type of encombrement without your knowledge during that contract?
