the best books i read in 2021 (i still can't pick favorites)

I know I’m a year late but if anyone is reading this, then the betrayals is by the author of the binding and I haven’t read the binding and I hear that the betrayals is comparatively, a disappointment, but GOD I LOVED IT SO MUCHHHHHH. it was really confusing for me at first, and there’s one thing that still doesn’t really make sense to me, but it was still so good. I guessed the plot twists though, but like, there’s just something about it.

Hey! Carrie, I don't know if u answer comments but, I'm curious as to why you tend to go for YA fantasy. I appreciate and share your distaste for badly executed smut or indeed smut perse. Is it fair to guess that the fantasy world is seen to be more of a ya genre? I mean, the term Adult fantasy may be simply a sexualized trope. Lemme know if you'd be so good😊

I have been a fan of the fake dating into fall head over heels for each other troupe ever since I watch the first Full House Kdrama a million years ago. Love both of those books 🙃

I'm a person who has all notifications on my phone turned off to silent. And yet I find myself clicking the bell icon in Cari's channel because I'm literally addicted to her videos. I love the chaotic energy Cari has when she is talking about a certain book, specially if she doesn't like it and is therefore ranting. And she can be very persuasive. I literally read almost 90% of the books because of how she talks about them. This should be illegal lmao. Really love your videos Cari. Thank you so much. 💜💜💜

Hi ! I love thriller mysteries (not gory/ horror) so can anyone give me thumbs-up or thumbs-down on Behind Closed Doors, The Guest List , or other thrillers?

Picked up The Binding because of this video and I have to say I was blown away. It's definitely a book that is best enjoyed when you have no expectations whatsoever, because the twists and turns are just too good! I was pleasantly surprised by the romance too, as I assumed it would be more centered around the fantasy aspect (judging by the cover). But it most definitely had me squealing under the covers 😂. The ending wasn't /extremely/ satisfying to me only because I wanted the characters to be a bit more emotional, but it was still a very good read overall. Thanks for the recommendation!

My favorite book series this past year was Bewitched and Bewildered by Alanea Alder. I thought it was the greatest thing ever. My favorite book series on Wattpad is The Dragonwall Series. The series is not complete yet and I'm excited to see how it concludes.
