The question is are they re-enriching say 100 dud nuclear warheads with another 100 fresh nuclear warheads. That would mean Pak has only 100 worthwhile weapons. Fact to be noted here is, the cost of nuclear weapons is the same all over the world. The US alone has spent 8 trillion dollars just to maintain their nuclear weapon stocks from post world war till year 2000.
