I think gaming in general will eventually default to less structured experiences and more "world simulations" which I guess is just the logical conclusion of an interactive medium being as interactive as it can be. Most RPGs now, though I adore them, kind of default into being a "choose your own adventure" book with a lot of set dressing. This feels like a way to truly step past that.

this seems a little off, Johnny has wrong voice and btw his voice sounds like someone talking into a cheap mic. Also the last scene how everything else paused and there's a line dividing the screen.

It’d be really cool if this was added into GTA 6. Imagine all NPC’s being able to communicate like this, and how AI would impact on the environment and so on in the game.

This ain't real. You can easily see that it is fragmented and not part of the game.(Even as a mod) Look at the background, it splits in a portrait shape around the "ai" while it "speaks".
