Symptoms of type 2 diabetes

I healed my diabetes with water fasting

I have all the symptoms

Mr doctor when I stand up I get really dizy and my mom says its diabetis system

it can be reversed, my mom did it!!

Besides the symptoms mentioned, I read that others include:
Feeling tired
Losing weight without trying to
Irritability
Nausea
Slow-healing wounds (and bruises?)
Tingling, pain, or numbness in hands/feet

Would a person who has Diabetes experience ALL of these symptoms, or could they only have a just a few?
