ОтветитьAre you sure the baking temperature is 370°F for 17 minutes? In the past, I usually bake toast at 356° F for 40 minutes. Since it was my first time to bake brioche, I followed the video step by step. After cooling, I cut it and found it was uncooked inside. I baked it for another 18 minutes at the same temperature, but the inside was still undercooked. This is my first time making toast failure.😢

ОтветитьI made this bread with a few alterations to the recepie and it turned out really well. I used about 60g of margarine and baked for 35mins. The texture was soft and fluffy. But I would increase the sugar by 15g next time. Thank you for the recepie. I am definitely keeping it.
