Jeez that was something else, I’m way off any of these but I will attempt them at a gradual pace👍🏻
ОтветитьHow many reps and sets?
ОтветитьBrilliant video Liv, but what if you fall backwards as soon as you start the 90 90 windscreen wipers?
ОтветитьSaisiko tähän suomenkielisen tekstityksen.?
ОтветитьLoving your vids. Looove lower body workouts and squats, but I get the "butt wink" when I squat too deep, which hurts my slightly dodgy lower back. What I can do to stop it?
ОтветитьI have a long torso and short legs, so the kick through is exactly the type of move I've never been able to figure out how to modify (imagine getting your legs under you to stand up on a surfboard). Would love any suggestions or modifications.
ОтветитьI was wondering if you've put all these moves into a follow-along video? 😅
ОтветитьLove this channel thank you so much
ОтветитьHi! For the Cossack, it feels so unnatural for my feet to stay flat on the floor. How do I keep from moving to my tippy toes. It’s really bad, I can barely get to a squat position without wanting to go towards my tippy toes
ОтветитьIm blown away by your amazing teaching abilities - I'm astounded! 💕💕 this makes doing all this so much more motivational - thank you
ОтветитьThankyou, im trying to sit crossed leg but knees wont go down, trying a few things to help out.
ОтветитьI can’t even do the first exercise… how can I do an easier variation of the move? :/
ОтветитьI love this channel, really resonates with me🎉❤
ОтветитьKick through: for this move to be possible with my body and alignment, I have to have my supporting hand placed significantly behind my front (bent) leg in order for that heel to remain on the ground as I kick through. When hand and front foot are aligned, my heel comes way up when I kick through. Any suggestions here?
ОтветитьThat's a big help because I have been doing #1 for a while but I always scoot!! Definitely going to be trying this.
Unrelated to the topic, but I've learned that biker shorts are more unostentatious for these type of exercises :)
Wow, that was an excellent presentation of exactly what I cannot do. Worth attempting I'm sure.
ОтветитьDamn, you are so good for media, it is a pleasure to watch your movies and listening to your voice
ОтветитьFirst one hurts my knees
ОтветитьHow many reps should you do of the shin box exercise?
ОтветитьAdidas = All Day I Dream About Sex
Ответитьthese are wonderful as a long term goal no chance for me until i can lose at least 8 kg
ОтветитьOMG THIS LOOKS SOOOO DIFFICULT 🫣. I’m going to give it a go though, thank you 😊
Ответить#2 is the Goku stretching exercise. I've been practicing that one since 1997 when I first became infatuated with DB.
ОтветитьI have never been very flexible, but after decades of sitting in office chairs my hip mobility is horrendous!! I have a lot of work to do seeing that I can't do the 90/90 shin box without using my arms to prop myself up! Ugh! I need to start even smaller!
ОтветитьLooks amazing, but theres no way, I can do any of these drills. You should do another video to explain how to built enough flexibility to do these.
ОтветитьAwesome movements. The second one you do I call crouching tiger when I teach my martial arts students this move. My concern @livinleggings is the ankle/instep alignment as you bring your bent leg down in the quad stretch position. I always have my students align their foot in a straight line along their shin bone rather than perpendicular to take it easy on the ACL, something my sports med/knee doctor showed me back in the 90's. It's similar to the hurdler's stretch like you show in another one of your videos. What do you think? Keep up the great vids!
ОтветитьThey look great to do, I’m in rehab for knee & back.. maybe next year I try 🙏
Ответитьcadera 4 movimientos de movilidad que te cambiarán la vida y que debes probar
Ответитьi’ve been obsessed with ur videos for about a month. thank you so much. u explain things so well and have a lot of information which i appreciate soooo much.
ОтветитьThe best flex teacher ever I accomplish so much flexibility in 20 minutes? Wow tysm your teaching deserves to be paid for, but good thing it’s not I need this
ОтветитьThese moves are actually possible? Learn something new every day
ОтветитьI just attempted these slowly...and omg it got rid of my 10month long hip pain!🎉
ОтветитьThis was great (and hard!)
Ответитьway above my pay grade but very impressive ur the boss
ОтветитьDamn been doing the 90/90 wrong... like window wipers 😅 thanks for the sligt adjustments
ОтветитьTerrific stuff. I’ve never been particularly flexible but I can do a full deep squat for the first time in 40 years. It feels so good on the back. Plus my daughter loves to sit across my knees and lean her head back while I do it - she calls it monkey princess for some reason 😂
ОтветитьI wish I could do even one of them 😏
ОтветитьI ve been having trouble with my hip lateley, especially when I sleep on it, been kickboxing and wrestling for the past 20 or so years, eventually it caught up to me, gonna try these to see if it helps, thank you
ОтветитьHi
I've been told my forever clacky hips are arthritis. I'm 44. Do you recommend this for me?
👍👍
ОтветитьWow, I'm sure I can do this and I will try and update you here, hopefully. However, in the meantime, I need to invest in a mat (I'm not a fan of floor exercises). I had only been doing exercises that don't require me to be on the floor because of my knee and backpain especially. Thank you for sharing how I can improve mobility.
ОтветитьHave you worked with someone who has had a low back disk injury? It would be great to show what you would do with them.
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьYou got me in fits of laughter that shin box move looks so funny when you do it speeded up my ribs are killing me
ОтветитьStarting today. Can only do 1st one but I can do both the 90/90 & the shin box😅. 2 sets of 10 whew. I go twice a day 6 day a week and let you know by 6/25. Thnx ✌️
ОтветитьGreetings from Costa Rica!! I love the way you talk.. i just found you, yesterday!! I did some moves and they all did the magic for my lack of flexibility
ОтветитьI am 66. After having seen your exercises I feel much older😂. But thank you, I'll do what I can to improve my flexibility 😅
