i would like to ask you a very serious question that led the deportation of many international students.
my question is: is trading stocks regularly and on a daily basis ( day trading) prohibited while on a student visa in the UK , if day trading stocks is prohibited ( because it could be considered as a business activity) so what about Forex and Indices SWING trading ( which is trading like once a week and exicuting 2 to 3 trades a months in the forex market ( not the stock market) which can't be an investment.
i have heared about many friends getting deported because of day trading even if the rules are not clear in the government website.
