As time goes by your right most of us have what we need but I love new gloves and my hubby is wise enough to get gift cards from our local nursery 😂😂 plus he builds me stuff off my honey do list. Ooh I have another one, plastic pots for the indoor growing light setups,

I used to use a lot of clay pots back in the summer when I started out, but unfortunately these pots are heavy and very easily chip off and become rough. That’s why I’m trying to transition to thick plastic pots for the bigger outdoor plants and the thin container pots for the seedling germination

I would like to suggest a different sort of gift. Some cities offer community garden space; but, the lease fee can be high, depending upon the location. Apartment dwellers may not have the space to garden indoors or even in containers on a deck or patio. Paying for the lease on a garden plot for a gardener who wants to garden; but, doesn't have the space, could be a great gift.

Idk, I wouldn't turn down an organic bag of soil, or blocks of coco coir. I also would not turn down seeds bc I don't have enough of a variety of heirlooms, or open pollinated plants to collect seeds from all the plants I want.

I got a compost tumbler. I'm so excited!
