I spoke to a deputy up in Lexington and he had some Chinese knife made with cheap steel. I coached him into buying a survival/rescue folding knife. We had a good conversation about it and I explained all of the perks versus what he had. Every police officer should have a knife with a seat belt cutter, glass breaker, ect.
