It's like explaining being drunk to a teetotaler, or an acid trip to someone who's never done psychedelics. Most of these non dual guys don't seem any happier than your average citizen and seem to spend an awful lot of time trying to explain their non special 'special state'. Now due to a simple twist of fate, the noise Left PFC can "run away with itself" and again unwinding someone who is coiled up tight, is a place where healing can take place
So that's Sheep that shag and need nothing else
There are Wolves that are all Ying and yang lost and alone
Then there are the Shepard's created through intervention that HEAL the Wolves and straighten up that coil
Duality is the belief that the human imagination the imagianry point is seperate and has nothing to do with the range or the other point
Duality is the separation of the LEFT PFC from the rest of all biology , this creates 2 reality's
The physical reality otherwise called biology, who you go to see a doctor for issues
And the conceptual reality called language where you deal with psychiatry for mind issues
Non Duality is the knowledge that your imagination cant exist seperate from biology its one and the same thing,
And that the Healing of the mind takes place in the biological reality the exact same doctor for both physical and mental issues,. The mind is not an imagination philosophical problem its a physical problem

in his defence, if one were to obsessively think about non duality, it would literally be the opposite of the concept. if duality is the label, "dog barking," then non duality is the sound itself. duality is the perception; non duality is the stimulus. so yeah, if you’re in your head dwelling on things and zoning out the present moment… i guess that’s ironic.
