also its not after the old fashion...the old fashion is a variation of the sazarac, the sazarac predates the old fashion by 50 years.

I'm a big fan of using an atomizer when making mine; also did a split base (cognac and bourbon), with black walnut bitters. Makes a great riff! 👍
