Is there any chance of seeing some apartments which are in the next bracket? ie: a little larger with more natural light. Thank you for what you have shown so far. And looking very schmick too! ;)
ОтветитьVery good 🎉
ОтветитьHi Richard, thanks for the apartment tour. On a small pension, I loved the prices especially the 2nd one with the washer. I am also checking out Quy Nhom. I am a new subscriber, excited to see what else you show. Thanks
ОтветитьWhat's it like to rent in late February and do you have to pay 3 months rent in one go if you take a 3 month contract
ОтветитьDO MORE OF THESE VIDEOS ONLY PLZ
Ответитьrelated to your last video, since youve turned comments off. i was laughing when you said footpaths. i'm about to go to bali for my first trip and will pay alot of attention to the footpaths now. i'm sure they arnt anywhere as bad as timor leste
ОтветитьThanks mate
ОтветитьExcellent review.. are the eletricity include in the rent? If not, can you give us😢 the average electricity bills please..
ОтветитьHi guys. Enjoying your vids. Love ya work. I have seen on other sources that ATM fees are exorbitant (up to AUD12 per withdrawal). Can you advise if this is correct? If so are there any work arounds? Cheers
ОтветитьNice property. Shame it wasn't finished off properly. Wiring not hidden on ceilings and wiring in ducting down to light switches. Bad design fault specially for cost of property. Not for me.
ОтветитьThis video is very helpful. More videos like this!! I want to visit Da Nang maybe next year :)
ОтветитьThanks Richard and Karen love watching you both..
ОтветитьThanks Richard..great info.😊
ОтветитьReally happy for you guys being in Vietnam. When we see Karen she looks so happy. I love seeing more of the food and sites of where you are than the accommodation. I’m sure other like the accommodation. Hopefully once you settle we can see other interests.
ОтветитьGood info - Danang is a nice spot - close to Hoi Ann as well.
ОтветитьFabulous price! I was wondering if these places have access to opening a window/balcony for natural air flow. Could you look at that next time?
Thankyou.
Whats the surf like at that beach? Asking for a mate who likes to surf regularly.
ОтветитьHello from CA. Thanks 4 apt tour & look forward 2 more, preferably with an ocean view. FIY,
lived in Bali & Java. Anytime u live in close proximity to people, there's always gonna be gossip. My US friend lived in Indonesia & never associated with expats. I did selectively because they were always asking me to translate! A couple of qs: how long can u walk on the beach? What about the language barrier? Vietnamese is a là một điều khó khăn difficult to speak, ru ok with just speaking English? Keep the videos coming! Every perspective is interesting! Enjoy.
Love watching your videos
ОтветитьExcellent video, it was so interesting to see what’s available in this bracket. I thought they were pretty good considering the beach is only a hop, skip, and a jump from the beach.
ОтветитьCan you also comment if they appear wheelchair friendly. Lots of vloggers looking at apartments but no one makes any comments about disabled access to the building/apartment/ bathroom. Just simple comments like ‘this is on the ground floor, no steps into the building, nice wide doorways’ would be so helpful. Thanks
ОтветитьVery cheap apartments but I found them claustrophobic. Thanks for sharing this with us. Enjoying the new videos. Bummer about the Sanur x Pat mafia. 😅 I’ve seen them in the beach front cafes. Cheers.
ОтветитьI was in the exact same apartment as the first one in this video yesterday and it smelled really moldy.
Ответитьvery interesting!
ОтветитьNames are not written in English and therefore not pronounced in English. You should ask how the locals pronounce their places 😉
ОтветитьHi Guys, so sad that expats caused you trouble, ive had comments on here bad also, hard but have to ignore / block them, its more about them failing than you doing well. Glad you are happy in Vietnam and sorry I wont see you on my Bali trip next month. stay safe and happy, I will keep watching. All the best for you both Chris
ОтветитьAnother well made, edited video! Awesome! Glenn in AZ🌸😋..oh, your ideas on Bali were spot on!!
ОтветитьIn the hotel when you went in to the bathroom you didn't show the toilet properly
Was it a western toilet?
For a weekender a small apartment is fine, but really if you are moving for a few months, you must consider the days that perhaps you feel off, and want to stay home, or the rain or weather keeps you home. You need to be comfortable enough to stay at home for a week without getting cabin fever. If you feel that you cant stay inside very long, then really its most unsuitable. Budget or no budget, you need COMFORT in your home. I would pay more for an extra window, not necessarily a good view, but more natural sunlight. Also a better set up kitchen will actually save you money long term. You wont save money eating out everyday.
ОтветитьYes love to see the apartments - these ones were a hard no - I thought they looked depressing (would rather stay home!).
ОтветитьThese are good Richard thanks for the info
ОтветитьWe bumped into you guys last April in Sanur.
Sorry Bali didn’t work but hats off to you guys for exploring new territory.
👍 to new adventures
Great job. We are very interested in your journey there. Have you come across any cheap hotels with a pool.
