Thank you very much for this recipe. I tried it twice & everyone liked it. Its really quite simple but very tasty.

I have tried it couple of times the only change i've made to the recipe is instead of normal spices, marinated the chicken in tandoori masala and damn it came out yummy all the time.

Could we skip the coconut milk?

I tried this recipe and it came out sooooooo well!!!
However, I tried without the coconut milk. One tip: Go easy on the spice if you are not adding coconut milk as mine turned out a little spicy. Overall, a very successful attempt!
