Baldur’s Gate 3 Gameplay Transformation: Fix Lag and Boost FPS

Will any of these changes affect multiplayer?

The launch options don't do anything, this isn't a Source engine game. Also that RAR file is sus as hell.

If I'm playing it with a mod pack it works? I played vanilla and it worked the same as with 250 mods, maybe it's because of my hard drive.

I like this video, and am tempted to watch it in slow mo to try and copy it. But my use of the words slo mo might give you a hint of how old I am, and this is admittedly over my gen x head. If you were able to slow down, and explain what is happening in a longer video, I would definitely watch. But still thank you for content like this.

What do those launching parameters do?
