Have you seen the clips of Max making sand castles and saying it was good for his wrists, hilarious bloke. Love his fight against Schmeling, if only he’d been more of a hard worker consistently. I like him against Tony Galento too

Buddy would have had more effect if he had used his height more. I know there are some advantages to leaning on a guy making him carry your weight. But I think he could have done more using that 6"7 height to be a range fighter.
