I loved my Omnilux until it started blinking 4 months in. They replaced it but again, a year and a half later the replacement started blinking as well and they won’t replace it claiming it’s no longer under the 2year warranty. I’m switching to the Qure led mask recommended by Doctorly.

I bought this mask based on your review and they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The mask wouldn't turn on, and when I reached out to customer service, they told me to send a video! LOL. They don't have a customer service number, and after several email exchanges, I can return it after I fill out a form, send a video of the mask with no lights, and email it back. Maybe the product works? But if it doesn't you will waste a lot of time trying to get a replacement or your money back. I'm choosing my money back since the customer service has stolen enough of my time.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me. My skin improved. It was smoother and I was loving it but it exacerbated my dark spots and I started having several skin tags growing in my neck.

Thank you for all of your great advice. I’m wondering if you have advice on hair growth with RLT. I’m seeing more hype about RLT for hair growth. Have you tried it? Since I already own the omnilux (face, neck, and 2x hands), I decided to use what I already have and try it for my hair line around the face. I use the neck lights by flipping it upside down. I use the neck as a headband and the décolleté flap sits on top of my head. 😊 just wondering if you’ve seen any advice on this topic. Thanks.

Angie, I really love your videos and respect your opinions. That said, I have a question: I got myself a smaller red/infrared wrap, similar to the neck wrap you use, but I'm still worried about eye safety when I use this wrap in areas where the light is closer to my eyes. I keep reading info on various websites that talks about studies showing that infrared light causes cataracts (and even sites that say that it can age the skin). I'm confused about all this and very concerned about my eyes, but I'd prefer to use my wrap without an eye mask if it's not shining directly into my eyes (for instance, over my forehead but not over my eyelids). Any feedback about all this, please?
