Loved Verdun, but unfortunately the devs are their own worst enemy with how they have marketed this series!

Theres one or 2 servers throughout the day. Very good game. Devs split the player base by making 3 games

I bought tannenberg a month ago and I liked it a lot so I bought Isonzo too, and it's defintely better, more polish, better classes and mechanics, it's sad that only 2 lobbies have real people, it deserves more

Played this game at launch, had a watch party for the Silent Mountain before buying it at midnight. I think I may have been the first person to reach level 100 in the world. I love this game and this studio!! :D

Ill never understand why people hate on this game so much. People say "They should have combined the three games!"; "They split the playerbase", bla bla bla. For one, there is no way to just combine 2022 graphical and game expectations with Verdun, which started off as a BROWSER GAME. Nobody ever played Tannenberg, at least in NA, and Isonzo is a nice sequel that doesnt replace Verdun, burt instead is a worthy successor. If people conplained less, and just enjoyed the game more and recommended it to more people, devs would have more cash to make a better game.

ive never heard anyone use Voice chat in Verdun or Tannenberg i wouldnt be surprised if it was the same for their newer game.

How does not everyone play this?

My only gripe with verdun and tannenberg is the grind to level up the squads it'd makes sense to either allow the use of career points or to set the combined squad level

Its because it isn't battlefield or call of duty people will just think why don't I jist play battlefield but after one game on this I favour it massively over battlefield 1

I played this a lot on release. Back then people were in love with the game, then after about 2 weeks when people started unlocking shit there were WAAAAAY too many grenades, made the game really tedious to play.

Verdun is actually very fun

I had years of fun in Verdun since their unity betas or sth on like kongregate. I’m sad they killed it when they released Tannenberg. Loved nading the camping spots 😢

The games are populated around the evening eastern time and around 1 am they die down so you might need to switch to EU servers if you're in the US or AU.

The bots are actually decent. The only problem I've seen with them is getting stuck and bunching up on the walk boards on Cengio near the end of the objectives. Other than that the only issue with them is walking within 15 meters behind them and they spin around and blast you back to hell in a second.

You can tell if you're winning the game based on the 300 spawns the attackers have. Those are the numbers at the top left in blue if you're on the attacking side. It shows how many soldiers you have, or spawns. The defending side that is in red always have an infinite amount of spawns.
If you have 100 tickets left and you haven't even broken through the first objectives yet then it's safe to say you're gonna lose. Same goes for you defending your last objective with the enemies taking it halfway and they still have 100 spawns left. Safe to say they got it but you never know how the tides will shift.

This is a great game for what it is, and it's very authentic and true to history. This is the first WWI Game Series game I platinum'd because Verdun is neckbeard level trophies like 10,000 kills or headshots or whatever, and Tannenberg isn't populated enough to earn the trophy that takes you and 10 or 11 other people to capture an objective. Good luck they're pretty much dead and you only play Verdun for fun anymore. The mechanics and gameplay of Isonzo are so evolved past the other two titles.
