It was nice of him to mention Martin Yan towards the beginning. I've seen a collaboration between them and it was great.

ОтветитьI love this man and had the pleasure of spending several hours with him. I truly hope I will have that honor again. He’s humble charming and obviously the best chef in the world. Truly a legend🥂❤️

ОтветитьI like oven dried tomatoes more than sun dries tomatoes.
ОтветитьMy absolute favorite chef of all time is Jacques Pepin. Jacques, I have learned so much from you but it would be 30 paragraphs if I were to tell you here just how much I have learned.
Every dish that I have made from one of your recipes has turned out wonderful and I can't even tell you all the knowledge that you have imparted to me. From your knowledge of cookware to Kitchen implements to sauces, vegetable preparations, seafood, I mean just everything!
I love you so much and can never thank you enough for all that you have taught me. I am SO grateful to you. God bless you!❤❤
What year was this show?
ОтветитьMartin Yan must be pretty good if Jacques Pepin would mention him. They both are excellent chefs!

ОтветитьCan't say enough about this guy - he's the reason I became a cook - so effortless and charming yet gently authoritative and wise - he's the GOAT in my humble opinion!
ОтветитьI love a granita especially with some chocolate added.

ОтветитьJacques Pepin is a legendary chef. And he is not an obnoxious clown like Guy Fieri
ОтветитьThat fish smoked with fennel I read about in a barbecue cookbook. Fennel is great for smoking.
