Testing the SG8 8 Step Sequencer Gate Expander

Testing a new expander for the 8 Step Sequencer that adds gate outputs for each individual step.


In this patch, the sequencer direction is being randomized using the gate for step 8 to trigger a sample & hold on white noise to generate a random voltage which is used to determine the direction of the sequencer.


Some logic is being used on a number of other step gates to generate the hat rhythm.


Another gate is triggering a T-Flip flop that is alternating between two polyphonic instances on the pad sound.


A bit of variation on the bass is provided by a Bernoulli gate to drop a note her and there.
