day 1 - complete. It HURT and i had to stop when there was like 4 seconds left of each stage.

i did it ! and you all do
DAY 1~ it is hard to hold and i had lot of pain
DAY 2~ it is a bit easier but also some pain
DAY 3~ i`m shocked , i get a little bit shape of these abs
DAY 4 (today) ~ it`s still like day 3
Please do these workout this is really effective
I`ll update after few weeks

اليوم الخامس ✅ عملتو مرتين صبح ومسا الالم اخف من قبل ب كثير كفيت الفيديو النتيجه روعه تم من كرشي شوي صغيره وبلشو يطلعو عضلات بطني
اليوم السادس✅كفيت الفيديو الالم خفيف بطني اصغر من قبل بكثير ولاكن لسا ما راحت كلها وعضلات بطني ما ضهرت منيح
عملت بس 6 ايام لاكن نتيجه رائعه انصح فيه وبشده
رجعت بعد انقطاع رياضة اكثر من اسبوع صراحه نتيجة عي تمارين لسا موجوده ولاكن بطني كبرة شويه صغيرع ف رح بلش هي تمارين ل مدرة اسبوع وكذالك الامر رح خبركم تفاصيل

I've been doing this workout 4 times along with some other or this+lee sserafim workout for a few weeks and right now, at the beggining i was alredy skinny but i wanted to be more toned and right now i have abs and my whole body is toning. Definitely recoment this ❤❤

ОтветитьAlright, I'm going to do this everyday for two weeks! Start date 3/2/23 for reference, I'm 5'0 142 pounds, I haven't done a workout since the start of the year. I'm a little bit on the chubby side in the abdomen. So I'm not starting this workout already slim
Waist: 31 1/2 inches
Day 1: ✅I got about half way through each exercise, due to low strength in arms and legs. I definitely feel the burn though. Obviously, no results day one

i am doing this workout a hourglass workout and a butt workout as well! but i will do this one x2 a week!
pleaseeeee keep me accountable! (i already has slight abs so i’m just trying to get more in shape) i will also be watching my diet
day 1: felt burn with 1 minute

Day 1: I felt such a burn in my abs omg. If you are doing other workouts to, do this one first so you aren't to tired. You got thisssss. I did wake up less bloated and saw a very slight change idk if its psychological tho.
Day 2: same as yesterday but it was so painful to do cos i got my period
Day 3: still on my period so i did 95% of the workout
Day 4: I skipped today my cramps were really bad
Day 5: I did it all and i have and ab line even when im a bit bloated
Ok ima come back every time this workout is k my list
