There 18 now.
ОтветитьDo they have a huge problem with adult criminals using the kids to do their crimes and all walk away with it? That law is terrifying....
ОтветитьBut why they were scared when they got caught before and nothing was gonna happen.thats some bullshit to make excuses
ОтветитьIf im not mistaken in the philippines they also have age where they cant punish the minors but they will withhold the sentence until they reach 18 and until then they will be in a place that is run by government like the juvies in tHe US but this law isnt really that strict in most cases
ОтветитьMay he rest in peace and may he and his family receive the justice they deserve ❤
ОтветитьThe law has all the fault
ОтветитьThe law should be changed. Minors nowadays are nowhere near like what we used to be in our teens. We were so far from the internet and didn't know about anything far from our small community. These days, my cousins know a lot. They think, speak and act like adults. They are responsible for many things. They can decide what's bad and what's good.
ОтветитьSomething my Mama always told me is “Actions have Consequences.” That’s why I always behaved (for the most part) because she was always upfront about what my consequences would be. She gave me all the information upfront so I could make an intelligent and informed decision. As I got older and became a preteen, teen, and adult it was something I’ve always lived by. So this whole thing is baffling to me 🤯😵💫
ОтветитьJust keep a glicky in your back pocket
ОтветитьHonestly if they don't want to get rid of the protection law then they should at least have a fucking limit to how many crimes they could do. Like this is too fucking much.
ОтветитьHe was basically 17 cause in Korea when you’re born you’re 1 years old😢
ОтветитьIf any country leave the teenage perpetrators run free without any punishment, everybody should realise, that’s the future they are building in their country. Others are going to copy them and when they all grow up, they start killing everyone. The world is going to end, it could be see all over the word: children! killing, hurting others, shooting at schools…
The Korean mother should start a protest with all supporters and do not leave till the government change the law so children could be punished by law; and if not jail time, they could clean the street or do other thinks as punishment.. This video makes me so angry… poor 18y old boy..
Kids in the USA get charged as adults depending on the crime but murder they get charged
ОтветитьIf these kids were in the UK they would be punished as the age of criminal responsibility starts at the age of 10
ОтветитьThere's also the way of supervising probation and house arrest and wiping the record after successful completion. A start.
Ответитьi had a curfew and my parents would have grounded me forever after the first crime. i couldn't go out till 15 and home by 10 or 11. Midnight by ,17. My parents vetted my boyfriends. So grateful. Internet def plays a role.
Ответитьi hope mom can sue all eight families in a civil court
Ответитьthat outfit is SO cute
ОтветитьPARENTS ANYONE?
Ответитьi bet in the Us they would be locked up till 21.
ОтветитьWhat are 13 yr old doing out after midnight.
ОтветитьThe parents need to be penalized
ОтветитьHow can i watch the interviews? I searched and didn't find anything 😢?
ОтветитьSo sad.
ОтветитьI believe even the U.S makes exception of the law. I remember that was a case that a 10 y o murdered a toddler. He got pretty long punishment in jail.
ОтветитьThe laws are the actual problem because how do these laws protect or help in the development of children?? There should not be any law that protects any criminal of any age. I feel like these criminal kids actually do these crimes because they know such laws exist.
ОтветитьOne thing I know for facts is Korean law protects the criminals all the time. Not just their law their citizens protect criminals as well. Terrible country.
ОтветитьParents need to discipline their kids.
ОтветитьIm trying not to cry over this
ОтветитьThe response of the parents and the reaction of the kids is similar to a case that just happened in Sweden. A 14 year old was killed by a 13 and 15 year old. They lured the victim and stabbed her. Swedish law is also very lineage on kids and the prisons are better than apt. Hopefully Stephanie will cover it and I can translate if you need 😊. There is not much info yet because this just happened but I believe the killers were jealous of the victim. Shame
ОтветитьKUNNNN😭😭😭💔
ОтветитьThey should change the law protecting people who are too young to be more harsh and make and change the difficulty of having their criminal records being modified after the grown up kid becomes an adult actually does the work to rehabilitate so they can only have an easier time with a modified criminal record stating they are reformed. So if the kids just keep living a life of crime they cannot have a modified criminal record thus allowing their crimes to keep their privileges restricted then everyone wins
ОтветитьWhat the fuck with the parents ?? Like seriously parents also be punished !!
ОтветитьI have so many questions. Do South Korean parents not discipline? I would be more afraid of my mom if I stole a car then the law. I'm genuinely curious, I swear.
ОтветитьI don't understand. Even if they aren't criminally responsible why aren't social services involved.
ОтветитьIn Mexico we say: sana, sana colita de rana. Which means: Heal, heal, little frog's tail.
ОтветитьWe do the blowing on wounds things in italy too
Ответитьi really afraid of kids now days. but in Russia we have this correctional jails, and this is gross place. It's kinda like a grown jail. And even if you're 14 in Russia and committed a crime then you will be investigated like adult. for example, i did a bad thing in my past, people called the police on me, i went to the station, they called my dad, he took me home. but the police called my school, then I have a really deep and serious with the director of my school and people who watch out for cases like this, and then I have meeting with people in the ADMINISTRATION of my city. they looked through all evidences, look at my reputation at school, my family and so on, they really explained to me the whole consequences for my actions, that my parents should pay for my, that if the amount of damage was bigger I would go to one of correctional jails for minors.
So I think the problem started with parents of these "kids". if from the very beginning they taught them what is good and what is bad, so they may be would think öh, maybe we do a really dangerous and stupid things"
they were mature enough to think for themselves. the law still thinks that kids are mostly innocent in this age, that they can't do such things. But the reality is way different. I was born in 1998 and people of my age were afraid to talk to our seniors and elderly people. but teenagers now days just don't give a fuck about anyone. they talk back, they can diss you, they do anything they want and don't feel any shame of it. It's really scary.
I remember one time to correct them and if you can see their faces...they were totally shocked!
I hope mother of this poor boy can have peace at her heart, and these fucking "kids"will live their lifes as the poorest and the most miserable people of this world.
They must have horrible parents that never gave them any discipline. If discipline isn't taught in the house what makes you think that they would have any as a citizen. I doubt they have any respect for there parents. They need more consequences for their action.
ОтветитьSouth Korea is just constantly flopping at upholding an actual appropriate justice system. Terrified of weed, but every other deplorable thing is not an issue, apparently.
ОтветитьI want to see the interviews of those perpetrators. I don't know the name, can someone tell me?
ОтветитьListening to this as a thirteen year old myself, I feel absolutely disgusted
ОтветитьWhy, when they arrest everyone, do they minus the girls?
Ответитьwhy do they always have to kill the kindest people on earth like for what, what gives you the right to kill someone's baby :(
ОтветитьI lived in Korea for seven years, from 2006 to 2013. It is a very safe country, and I never felt afraid to go home at night. However, I was always intimidated by groups of students. The girls often wore short skirts, had full makeup, and styled their hair voluminously, while the boys sometimes gathered in groups, smoking in small alleyways and using harsh language. I always made sure to avoid them whenever I could.
ОтветитьCant belive somone responsible died cuz of rich brats taking full advantage of the law
ОтветитьThe law didn't punish murderers and the word did not say smth but when an idol does the slightest its suddenly worldwide problem
Ответить
