Thank you! 🙏
ОтветитьI didn’t realize how sore that area was until I did this massage. Thank you.
ОтветитьI feel worse if I lean my head back. I'll skip that one.
Ответитьthanks. I have dizziness! I need to do this!
ОтветитьOh wow, that tip about placing your fingers and then tilting your head back to give them space is a game changer! So thankful to have come across it.
ОтветитьMy wife broke my neck
ОтветитьOmg, i was suffering from severe neck tension with a chronic pulsating for years, and after doing this I feel much better. Thank you Rachel ❤

Ответитьcan you please tell me what coz this ?
ОтветитьThis really helped me. Thank you Rachel.
ОтветитьGreetings all the way from the UK… Deep massage, deep gratitude…This technique has really helped with both neck pain and associated headaches !
ОтветитьI work a fairly physical, stressful, & mentally demanding job that involves visiting people in their homes, so I am also driving throughout the work day, anyway I often have a sore area I think where the thoracic and cervical spine meet and going slightly up that I wouldn't call in pain but tension. Its like all my stress builds there and can be quite sore and intense come bed time. The only thing that seems to sooth it is hitting it with any type of hard device which is probably not the best thing for it. Could this help and/or any other suggestions? I have thought about getting a massage gun and wondered your opinion on these? I've tried hot baths with essential oils and various other topical non - drug treatments but nothing really helps this. I can take intense massage to the area in a kind of it's almost too much but amazing and stress relieving way so that's why I'm thinking a massage gun could really help, instead of hitting the area. Thank you x
ОтветитьI tried that and discovered that my upper back muscles are also extremely sore. Now what? I thought it was just my right occipital muscle and my lower rhomboids, but apparently that’s not the case.
ОтветитьJust tried this, I had pain in that same area for almost 2 years now, I thought it was the cold. It disappears sometimes but lately it's back stronger than ever and I feel it in my right arm, shoulder.
Thought doing this would only relieve them, never expected my face and ears to feel this relaxed as well after it and very immediately 😭 thank you very much, your videos always help me! Wishing you all the best!
Thanks you helped a little
ОтветитьPerfect, thanks, just what I needed tonight. This technique worked really well.
ОтветитьI’ve been experiencing head tremors ,if this area in your neck is tight ,can tremors happen?
ОтветитьAmazing relief. I have had ablations and nerve blocks for severe neck an occipital pain. this massage is such a relief!
ОтветитьYou have made a massive difference in my life by this simple massage technique.
My sleeping has been so affected that I couldn't use any pillows as it would aggravate it.
Thank you for you thorough and gentle explanation.
I have a crazy amount of tension all along that part under the occipital ridge and also behind the mastoid process. When I press it I feel the aching and pressure in my head and eyes increases. Is this just referred pain or am I touching a nerve or something? I have pretty bad forward head posture most of the time and I lift my head a lot cos my glasses always slide down my nose
ОтветитьThanks for this magic!
ОтветитьThank you for this. I often refer to this short video and a longer one you do if the occipital release isn’t enough to banish the migraine. I have shared your videos with several other migraine sufferers. You are a blessing!☺️
ОтветитьThat is a Reality good exercise, think you ver Smudo, Rachek.
ОтветитьI'm aware this video is old, but thank you so much! During quarantine I've been doing online school, and therefore have been on my computer a lot, as well as playing online games with my friends. I got this awful tension headache, and this massage helped so much. Did it a couple of times and I only felt a little bit of pain that I eased with a heating pat, thanks so much!
ОтветитьAMAZING!!! Thank you soo much!
ОтветитьThis is amazing - been suffering from occipital neuralgia for the last years and tried everything: anti-depressents, injections, stretching... but THIS ALMOST INSTANTLY releived the pain... I will be doing this daily, it's been a lifesaver - thank you so much Rachel!
ОтветитьThank you sooo much!..
ОтветитьYour an angel thank you! 🙏🏼 god that was so much pain you helped mitigate
ОтветитьGod bless you! This actually helped!!
ОтветитьThis is easing some of my suffering. Thank you.
ОтветитьHello doc. I hope you are doing good.
I feel pain while sneezing and coughing. Apart from that some times I even feel my neck, just below skull that point is paining. I even feel that if I am getting a massage, on the spine I feel without applying much pressure, it pains.
Long back I asked one of my friend, who is famous Orthodontist- he checked manually and told me that bones are good and I should see a Neurologist. He referred me good one. I got examined by him Long back, and he found no issues. It's around 5-6 years back. There days no one is here and I am feeling lot of pain in skull, back side only even while normal coughing. What tests I should do? And with which skill of doctor I should meet? I am a non smoker and non drinker 37 year, male, IT engineer.
Thanks..
Pull your hair up so you can show it better. Thz
ОтветитьEven if the headache doesn't go away, watching and listening to you is soothing.
ОтветитьThank you I feel so much better

Ответитьthank you. This was challenging because I guess I have so much density in there couldn't really find the spot but it really worked beautifully. Added this to my migraine playlist!
ОтветитьThank you SO much for this. I have been wfh the last 3 weeks due to the crisis and I had the most horrendous neck ache which radiated to my head. I took a day off from looking at my screen and done these exercises and it almost instantly sorted it. Thanks again and stay safe 👍😉
