Thank you for this video. I would like to point out an unconscious bias I noticed during the session of this video. You referred to the project managers and engineers as 'he'. Does it mean that women can not be project managers/engineers? I would suggest using 'they' in place of 'he' or 'she'. Let's help narrow down these biases. Thank you for educating us about project management. I do love your videos very much.

Great video. You’ve shown how to create a schedule (gantt chart) for one project. What would also make a good video would be a PM daily schedule, how a PM handles all the other projects and what systems they use to combine and track all the projects at once.
