What I do for my days, wake up about an hour and 20 before I have to leave, take a shower, put on deodorant and all that stuff brush hair etc, then eat breakfast and have a glass of water (helps a lot trust me, just a medium glass), then chill for a bit then it’s time to leave. Next get all my work done that I can during school hours and do homework if I have some then just chill and unwind after school. I have all A grades, this method works really good for me.
ОтветитьAnyone else watching it in 2:00 pm 😅😅

ОтветитьSorry if that’s a really common question, but where do you edit your videos? I love all the animation effects!
ОтветитьIf self help books/videos would work there'd be only one
ОтветитьI also used to have troubles getting and staying in deep work , however, one of the most helpful tips I’ve received and now practice daily is falling in love with learning. One thing that all hyper successful people have in common is their love for learning. Instead of spending their free time watching pointless movies or endlessly scrolling on social media, they learn or study subjects that are either interesting to them or relates to their career. If you think learning is boring you have to change that. That’s your mind associating learning with negative emotions which were probably derived from boring subjects at school. You have to find a way to harness your inner curiosity (this will make learning enjoyable) & competitiveness (this will allow you learn or be in “deep work” for longer). Deleting social media apps can help if you have troubles getting into deep work. Social media, especially short form content (tik tok, insta reels, yt shorts) drains your dopamine receptors and therefore, makes learning less enjoyable because you’ve used up all the pleasure chemicals in your brain. You need to conserve those pleasure chemicals for your study sessions. Not saying that you can’t watch movies or be on social media at all, you just have to control yourself, which is hard but, that’s part of the challenge.
Ответить1. Focus on one single task avoid multitasking, if you want to improve ur focus as a beginner it's better to use pomodoro or flowmodoro
2. Tolerate boredom, control it
3. Drain shallowness, show finding excuses, and completely focus only the most prior task at hand
This was so helpful.
ОтветитьThis is something that the world desperately needs right now. Give this man a medal.
ОтветитьI didn't watch this video because this is Distraction
ОтветитьПо факту. Соглы.

ОтветитьFor me what really made a click is the analogy you used on how we should treat our mind as if it was a child. Thanks!
ОтветитьI was expecting to know at least one of the rules you mentioned but surprisingly non at all
That approached keep me hyper focused on the video!
thank you so much for useful video of being productive, sukses
ОтветитьThroughout the video I just wished of one thing - wish the guy has a lip balm to use.
ОтветитьGood information but this channel thrives on people procrastinating lolz
ОтветитьBla bla bla with multiple technical catchy words with no useful info
Ответитьthank you sir (salamat)
Ответить1st word is great- distraction world or in my word called dopamine world..
ОтветитьI think for pomodoro the trick is to take a break a few moments before feeling tired
Ответитьwatching this then got distracted. added to watch later lmao.
Ответить‘How long can you go for?’
*6 hours later
‘Oh crap’
Thanks 😄
ОтветитьThere’s no way this video is only 7 minutes
ОтветитьOk, its just me or
This video is about focus & but i can't focus on this very video because excessive editing like overuse or transition & pop sounds
Ha. When "going to the gym" is a way of not doing "shallow work."
Going to the gym should be another form of deep work, just that it is both mental and physical
wow. Setting boundaries as our parents did with us is something may I will set for my mind next time.
ОтветитьDay 1 trying this 2 sessions 50 min complete
will update everyday
Tolerating boredom is a GREAT tip for a job. I get bored when the store is close to closing and no consumers are showing up. I dislike standing there doing nothing but that doesn’t mean I should grab my phone.
ОтветитьI finally understand why I never liked the pomodoro method, I hate the feeling of limiting myself. I'd rather challenge myself to do more or just stop
Ответитьhey can you post a video on does listening to music while studying affect your ability to understand the concepts??
