As much as I want to watch your videos because they seem good as far as science and Intel. I just can't stand your mono-tone approach
ОтветитьThanks Jeremy!
ОтветитьBro is there any alternative of the last one....?
ОтветитьCome back to these and sometimes don't realize how far you've come from video editing to information to just overall building yourself to help others. Thanks Jeremy
ОтветитьReally liked the science literature inputs. Thanks for taking the time.
ОтветитьWell done. Love the sources cited and the muscle groups highlighted in red.
ОтветитьWhat happens if, during lower back surgery, the erector spinae muscles get catastrophically cut or rupture after surgery? Would it cause the person to be unable to stand erect? Would they look bent over at the waist?😊
ОтветитьOutstanding video brother! Truly learned a lot !
ОтветитьSometimes I think this is science class
ОтветитьThanks for the information , great video !!!
ОтветитьThis is so helpful for beginners!👍
ОтветитьIt’s never too early or too late to work on a better you.
ОтветитьI hate your monotone voice
ОтветитьIt was highly impressive that you backed up your statements with actual studies. That's high-level and adds credibility to you and your channel.
ОтветитьThank you! Very helpful
ОтветитьI believe that if you know the anatomy of your own body and what each muscle is responsible for you can start creating your own routine, I also believe that being in constant movement not just on training helps a lot, I strech out it helps a lot 😊
ОтветитьI'm a pretty obese and I can't do pull ups what should I do instead
ОтветитьThe science is what inspired me to lift, thanks Jeremy.
ОтветитьLove from S.L
ОтветитьLove your videos! Great break-down on the movements and techniques. Even though you aren't actually fully demonstrating the full exercise, there is enough info that I think most people can understand pretty well . Since you asked at the end of the video about things you can improve on- the only thing I noticed is that your voice is much more charismatic at the end of the video with good inflection and personality coming through. When you're explaining your exercises and research, you're a little monotone. Thats the only thing I think could be improved. Thank you for the time you put into this!!
ОтветитьAnother clear and helpful video. Thank You!
ОтветитьAs part of BWS community (satisfied user of begginner shred 1.0 and intemediate 2.0,) I'm happy to see how far has Jeremy gone, demonatrating that you can be succesful by focusing on hard work, science supported knowledge and without influencer drama 👍👍👍

ОтветитьI can do 15 pull ups on my first set, when I do my 2nd set, I can do 7 max. Any advice like should a rest longer, do less on my first set, or is it just mental.
ОтветитьClear simple concise. Best workout channel I've ever come across.
Ответитьi dont feel any contraction during conventional deadlifts and ive always felt like its a very awkward uncomfortable exercise that makes my lower back sore asf more than it doing anything else for me. ive watched videos on how to do correct form, and ive tried it with lower weight but i can never get deadlifts to feel smooth, any tips?
Ответитьjeremy , you can put me to sleep with your dead monotonous voice more quickly than sleeping meds. hahahahaha!
ОтветитьMy gym has this really annoying double bar at the pull up spot. I don't know what it's for, it just makes chin-ups difficult. Not even one single bar
ОтветитьBut what if your biceps and forearms hurt way too much when you do any of these exercises
ОтветитьCan I do rack pulls instead of deadlifts?
Ответитьremove the horrible music lol
ОтветитьYou are a real nature bodybuilder, not a anabolika monster, where i must see so many times here.
Ответитьthank you for the useful information
ОтветитьI don't feel my back when i do deadlifts 💀 please help
ОтветитьWhat about shrugs? I want a football player neck
ОтветитьAlways come here to learn. Mucho gracias
Ответитьthanks little buddy
ОтветитьWhat a good video, well explained and backed up by evidence!!
Ответитьgreat video. Wish more people focused on functional strength and stability to reduce injury those are far more important to me than building a powerful and attractive back. I rather
be stronger and less prone to injury than look great. just my opinion.
I was looking for that athletic physique built 👌🏼 Thankyou. See too many “ get bigger wider back videos”
ОтветитьU put out good content n ur correct most.of these ppl.r ungrateful as usual make ignorant comments n never learn anything
ОтветитьLooking to do a body transformation so your video was very helpful 🙏
ОтветитьThank you for these tips bro
