One thing about Ajo.
It is surrounded by Government land that can’t be sold or developed.
To the North is a USAF bombing range.
All 40 miles to Gila Bend.
To the West is the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Sanctuary. To the South is the Organ Pipe National Monument and Mexico.
And to the East is the Tohono O’odam people on their tribal lands.
Half the population is retirees and the rest are enjoying the open desert with quads, side X sides, jeeps, bicycles, running, climbing, hiking, camping, exploring the countryside.
Lots of big R.V.’s in the winter. All that open land has a two week limit for camping. Then they just drive down the road and stay there for two weeks and swap back and forth.
Lots to do in this area!
Just don’t get close to anyone else and it’s all good!
I just sold my house in Ajo. It was a fixer upper and the buyer was a good guy.
So he got a good deal!
I live in Michigan and it seems much better in Arizona. Their “bad” area’s seem much better and safer than Detroit and many Michigan cities. I visited Arizona for the first time in December of last year. I cannot wait to move there later this year.
ОтветитьI used to live near Glendale for about 30 years of my life. It's a growing community, def needs a lot of things added to it but they are building tons of housing and added more place to go and hang out. Now compared to where I live now which is central phx... WOW! Everyday I get into fights with the homeless. Totally agree on Tolleson. Crap place with all sorts of shady people.
ОтветитьI live in South Phoenix and it’s bad in certain areas. If you live in an expensive gated community then you might be oblivious to certain things, but anyone outside those communities have probably dealt with the theft problem and the drive by’s. Also, the amount of times I’ve fallen asleep to helicopters circling over my neighborhood in search of someone is a ridiculous amount of times. However, you do adapt and get used to these things. 😅 If you plan on moving to south Phoenix, I would recommend the Laveen area. It seems to be an upcoming area with alot of development
Ответить"Worst Place To Live In Arizona"
(Throws in the list of all of the cities and towns)
What are peoples thoughts on living in Goodyear?

ОтветитьIts Squaw Peak im native born and raised 1980 I live in Cave Creek up north and love it. Not cheap but worth it.
ОтветитьTucson, Gila Bend, AJ, South Or West Valley and the worst of all Maryvale.
ОтветитьCoolidge is a small town. If you're looking for big city living then stay out of Coolidge. I honestly really like living in Coolidge. Yes we don't have much to do but it's i nice little town.
ОтветитьSierra vista we in here
ОтветитьAbandoned strip malls s a bad indicator.
ОтветитьMost of these cities at one time were fine places to live, maybe not ideal, but livable but something has changed most of them, the quality of people in America is declining, people today aren’t responsible, are rude, strung out on drugs or selling drugs, they don’t value life or the quality of it, so much of society has little or no morality or respect, this is what is ruining America, oh and the democrat party is ruining America too, they’re worse than the drug dealers, homeless, and career criminals.
ОтветитьCasa Grande… gets too hot in the summer… Really? It’s Arizona… gets hot everywhere.. lol😂come on
ОтветитьPHONIX Arizona area HOT HOT HOT 🔥 JUNE TO THANKSGIVING. Not great crime infected globe mines its not historic LOL GLOB LOL. 😆 GO TO SCOTTSDALE
Ответитьanyplace in the metro area all bad
ОтветитьI live in Winslow and I can confirm that it sucks
ОтветитьMy grandma was a 5th grade then miidle school teacher in Coolidge. Mrs G! She's seen a couple stabbings and had a couple girls go in to labor while at school. Coolidge makes Florence look like Palm Springs.
ОтветитьI dont think Ajo is a Worst place to live there
ОтветитьI want to go back to the east coast there’s nothing to do here it’s too hot. I miss thunder.. I’m fed up in my four walls no one invites anywhere. Everyone u know is struggling broke. The heat is making me more depressed. Pools shut down too early. There’s not enough shade in bus stops. Homeless are taking over bus stops. I did more activities in New York than I did here and I wasn’t this fat and I ate Better! My friends all getting sick most moved far and I can’t afford a car I’m too nervous to drive anyways. I’m
Tired. I don’t want to waste any more time here.. I feel
Like if I don’t leave I’ll die slowly from being here
All over phoenix
ОтветитьHomeless is every block in every inch of every section. Arizona wants every Christian to be homeless.
ОтветитьGood list. Those are all trash can towns 😀
ОтветитьI now leave in Rainbow valley in buckeye.
ОтветитьI was born in Globe. I would move back in a heart beat if i could.
ОтветитьI’ve lived here in Tucson for 45 years and Tucson has the Worse Roads in the State possibly the Nation. There’s a constant rumbling sound that is caused by vehicles driving over the rough roads and hitting pot holes. Tucson Roads are a JOKE for the rest of the State, my son lives in Prescott, Az and he laughs every time he comes down to visit. He says this is really a JOKE.
ОтветитьI lived in Cochise Co for seven years. I got around the state a bit. The poor parts of the state are a bit dear to me.
ОтветитьI have to disagree I was born and raised in casa grande and moved to Las Vegas 10 years ago. You're showing literally the oldest parts of casa grande. It does not look just like that and only that. Those are the oldest parts that have been there since casa grande was discovered lol. Go to the middle of town and drive through there and by the high schools the new one also and show the neighborhoods there which are smack in the middle of town. If you even just drive through the middle of town it's not going to look anything like that. This video is definitely a one-sided opinion. I literally stopped watching it after that part. And I'm not just saying that because I'm from casa grande I'm saying it because it needed to be pointed out. It's a farm town with low crime and a great place to raise families. I hate to see what your top best places to live in Arizona are...
ОтветитьFrom the one one area you showed, you don't know much about South Phoenix which is very close to Laveen which is booming. They are still building homes, restaurants, movie theaters and the homes are very nice. They also have new homes closer to South Mountain where the old Thunderbird Golf Course use to be. I don't think you much research yourself, but just going by what you hear. Baseline road is also a main street in South Phoenix which takes you East to Tempe or West to Laveen. The homes on Baseline Rd going east, west or south of Baseline are very nice. You can very nice homes close to South Moutain and Laveen and the areas are very diversed.
ОтветитьWhat you're is not true😢
Ответитьnothing going on out here
ОтветитьHow about putting on "Queen Creek" - Home of the fake-woke.
ОтветитьI know there is a lot of stuff that happens but it’s still so beautiful to live there!❤
ОтветитьI WOULD IMAGINE WINSLOW HAS A HIGH CRIME RATE BECAUSE OF ALL THE DRUNK INDIANS THAT LIVE THERE....EVERYBODY KNOWS INDIANS CANT HANDLE THEIR LIQUOR....THATS A FACT...😅
ОтветитьGlendale is a good place to live. I been here for 18 years from California. I like it better here than Downey/south gate California where I lived. South Glendale isn’t the place to be like after northern ave to camelback.
ОтветитьCoolidge had an excellent cafe on the main drag when I went through there a couple years ago. Looked like a gathering spot for locals for breakfast & coffee and such.
ОтветитьWow when you say sunnyslope back in 1988 when I was 18 years old I was out in Arizona and I was staying in sunnyslope and it was outside of Scottsdale and I know what you were talking about and it was pretty shady back then it was low income back then so now that you're saying that oh my God 1988 now and it's2024 that it's anout right
Ответить😂Arizona is seeming like a real fun place to live in 😅but I’m fixing to leave the state of Florida and I’m moving to Arizona for my uncle lives 😮and I’m over forty two years old and I struggle to find my life in the state but I’m still going through a lot of emotions and after being homeless for years my uncle has invited me to come there and I will be leaving tomorrow morning and even though I love my family I am so young and this state has a feeling of the place to move in when you are dieing of a Elness😢😢no jobs for me but I will find something somewhere because I have to
ОтветитьI love how dip s** that make videos on places to live. Don't even live there or on the other side of the country, so you have no credibility when you make these videos. Gotta love the internet though.
ОтветитьStay out of the Avenue areas of Phoenix.
ОтветитьCasa grande is much better
ОтветитьI lived in Coolidge. It sucked
ОтветитьBut it’s a dry heat 😂
Ответитьall of AZ is the worst. please do not move here. You are destroying this state
ОтветитьAs much as I love going to Arizona and visiting most of family.. I feel like it's one of the ugliest States I ever visit CALIFORNIA IS HEAVEN compared to az
Ответить
