5 COMMON MISTAKES IN CACTUS CARE

Great informative video! Especially for a Minnesotan trying to grow cacti! :)

Most of us amateurs are in it for the enjoyment. Thankyou for the advice I guess I have been guilty of them all in the past, do we really need to sterelise all our mix? I do not think I have ever lost a cactus because I do not do this? Seeds yes for sure.

We should enjoy the beauty of the plant and not the pot with soil mixture 😂😂😂 damn that cracked me up

October-February? In which Hemisphere. Come on, is it really hard to use the names of seasons? You can even use "fall" for "autumn" and we'll still get it. But using months? Really?

My current mistake based on this video is water which I will now dial back on a lot. I noticed mine was getting fat so I got worried and started looking around. And I might be in trouble with temp as it regularly in summer hits 40⁰c+ here I think lately it's been 47⁰. So I am hoping I can implement this in time before serious damage occurs.

I water every once in a while but if you don't know how much to give it do what I do ice cube ON THE SOIL only at least 1 or 2 depending on how large the cactus is

Biggest mistake:
Watering them or leaving them in the rain!! Especially during winter dormancy!!

Bought a massive pot that has 10 Cactus in it, beatiful plant.

Hello from Greece ....I have 2 mamilaria cactus [one smaller that hasnt grown enought for a year now and the other bigger who hasnt been growing too ) and i have the big one still in the same pot that i have been buy it ...Where is the appropriate time[its almost summer here in Greece now ) to repot it???What kind of soil i can use ???Any other care it needed ???Thanks
