ОтветитьI will also receive the medicine ball I ordered today. I really liked these exercises, and that's why I'm going to include them in my trainings. I like that you also show simplified versions. Those who are not used to it do not feel that they are lame or weak. The thing is, there aren't as many videos with medicine ball workouts as, say, biceps or chest workout videos.

ОтветитьI added this to my W3D6 SRC 2023. This is one of my favorites. I progressed pretty well minus the push-ups but it’s something to keep working towards. This is a great quick workout.
ОтветитьLove all of the workouts I've tried out so far, mostly long resistance bands and medicineball. Need to find my dumbells which are hidden somewhere in the garage and also maybe buy some kettlebells, so I can try out even more of your workouts. Thank you!

ОтветитьThis is the perfect morning workout when I’m too tired to go to the gym but know I should do something. I’m always glad I did!
Also, I’ve done this workout about 7-8 times and was struggling with the Level 1 push-ups my first time. Today I did the Level 3 push-ups and it felt awesome!
I loved this workout! Have done it twice now… awesome
