Loved your video. Are there any retirement or Senior Communities there. Also what is the average for rent there. What type of Wildlife and bugs are prevalent there.
We are looking to move sometime next year and I happen to run across your video of St George

Just remember that here in Saint George, we are quite conservative. So please don't try to change us. You are leaving cause the place you left through it's polices destroyed it.. dont do that here.

The same thing that has happened
to St. George has happened to
Bend, Oregon. Everything is
wonderful......until everybody
moves there. They have become
overpopulated. There was a time,
many years ago, when I considered
this area. Sadly, that is no longer
the case.

I got a dui completely sober here, believe it or not. All the cops have to do is say you're not acting right then say you didn't pass the roadside test to take your vehicle and take you to jail then its 2 months before the drug test comes back and unless you have $800 to get your vehicle back they keep it. I finally got my test back 2 mo later completely negative, no old thc, not a drop of alc, nothing, yet my van has been stolen and sold in an auction and I still have court to see if they just convict me anyways. Then I've been stopped by cops on my bike 2 times since then in 2 months. No wonder nobody here goes out after 10pm and you won't see anyone riding a bike or barely even walking thru town. Even if you're a conservative and don't hate cops Id stay away from here. There's no crime but the cops obviously need to bring people in to keep their promotions and they don't care whether you support them or like Trump or not they need the revenue from fining and ticketing you and a justification for their job and there's no real crime here other than them I've never been anywhere I got carjacked before

Every realtor in St George talking pros and cons has intentional failed to mention the biggest possible nightmare to existing residents and those planning on moving there. A water shortage which is proving to be very real to the point of having major water restrictions to the worst case scenario having no electricity. Shame on every one of you for ignoring a very possible horrible reality.

Is St. George going to run out of water?
Local officials now say the area will run out of water within a decade. In response, they have taken drastic—and controversial—steps to ensure future hydration: a $1.3 billion to $2 billion, 140-mile pipeline to retrieve 27 billion gallons of water out of the Colorado River that feeds into Lake Powell In the 17 years they have collected funds for the pipeline, they have done nothing on this so called project. This says it all. This town is going to get decimated.
