lion and pocket watch 😂
Ответить"aquaphor makes my ink fall off"
also her "i pick at my tattoos"
please just do what feels right for your skin after learning the basic aftercare. these ppl are
outright confusing ppl. & moisturizing is better than not moisturizing. don't dry heal bc you think that makes you tough lol.
i can only wear second skin, saniderm, derm shield, etc for about 24-36 hours. after that my non tattooed skin starts to rash. one time it basically cut my skin open at the edge of the piece (it was on for 3 days). i do like it for those first 24 hours though where it feels like my tattoo is at its most vulnerable. Antimicrobial soap + aquaphor afterwards and it’s been perfect
ОтветитьI can concure on the reaction on with saniderm. Ive encountered a few patients who had a reaction.
Ответитьhow quaint… my half sleeve is real shiny because i slabbed aquaphor onto it. Gonna have to go wash that off and never touch it again for any reason ever
ОтветитьI keep the saniderm on my joint until i get home. After that i let it breathe. Wash and moisturize with coconut oil or and oil shits me for our skin like argon or castor. I’ve never had any issues thank God. No leakage ever
ОтветитьMy most recent artist said to leave saniderm on for a week then clean it once a day for a week then reapply saniderm after every time then clean 3x a day & replace saniderm after every treatment. I’m on week 2. Should I continue saniderm.
Ответитьthat was a good video and funny thank you
ОтветитьI religiously wore the saniderm for 7 to 9 days during that entire process my tattoo was red swollen. I was going through an allergic reaction after removing the saniderm I had puffiness redness swollenness for another 5 days. I was under the impression that it was the red ink taking so long to be accepted into my skin. The reality was it was the saniderm When I went back to the tattoo artist to get another tattoo we used the same red ink he was out of saniderm he just used Saran wrap. The Saran wrap literally fell off by day two. I used an antibacterial soap to clean the tattoo. It's not swollen. It's not red. It looks better than the other tattoo did on day 15. So if you're allergic to saniderm don't use that and I know that sounds obvious. But I was really paranoid about the tattoo getting infected so I wore religiously and it ended up biting me in the butthole
ОтветитьThis is why I prefer single needle work 😊 heals fast no itch no pain and the quality is badass, obviously my artist specializes in single needle work
ОтветитьI died when he said we are so stoked about this lion and pocket watch we got 😂😂😂
I've had four different advices from artists:
1) wrap until your home. Take off. Use bepathen tattoo creme 3 times. Cold showers, no soap, not even anti bacterial
2) wrap until you can take it off at home. Air for a day, one cold wash, just use vaseline once or twice a day
3) lukewarm wash twice a day, use antibacterial soap, coat 4 times a day, change bedsheets after the first two days, try and keep leg from being covered unless you need to out in the sun then deffo cover
This is so not helpful
ОтветитьSo when you leave the shop 4 hours later remove the plastic wrap then wash with cold water and dove bar soap, let air dry and then use aquaphore light coating. Repeat every 4/6 hours. Or 3 times a day and if you can keep it out of the sun, and keep covered with loose soft clothing if possible. If it’s on your hands try to not wear gloves of any kind til it heals and don’t touch your tattoos more than you have too that over time will cause them to dull
ОтветитьI just got my first tattoo yesterday and thought I'd share some advice in an "easy-to-read" format for "aftercare" tips.
1. Keep it covered: Your tattoo artist may cover your tattoo with a bandage or plastic wrap initially. Follow their instructions regarding how long to keep it covered.
2. Gently clean the tattoo: After the initial covering is removed, gently wash your tattoo with mild, fragrance-free soap and lukewarm water. Use your clean hands or a soft cloth, and avoid scrubbing. Pat dry with a clean towel.
3. Apply an ointment or moisturizer: Once the tattoo is clean and dry, apply a thin layer of tattoo-specific ointment or fragrance-free moisturizer. This helps keep the tattoo moisturized and prevents it from drying out.
4. Avoid picking or scratching: It's important to resist the temptation to scratch or pick at your healing tattoo, as this can disrupt the healing process and lead to infection or scarring.
5. Protect from direct sunlight: Keep your tattoo out of direct sunlight during the healing process. Ultraviolet rays can fade the colours and cause skin damage. If you need to be in the sun, protect your tattoo with clothing or use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) after it has fully healed.
6. Avoid soaking: For the first few weeks, avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, or any activities that involve prolonged soaking in water. Excessive moisture can delay healing and increase the risk of infection.
7. Don't wear tight clothing: Opt for loose-fitting, breathable clothing over the tattooed area during the healing process to prevent irritation and allow airflow.
8. Avoid intense physical activity: Try to avoid activities that cause excessive sweating, rubbing, or friction on the tattooed area until it has fully healed. This helps prevent irritation and allows the tattoo to heal properly.
9. Follow any additional instructions from your tattoo artist: Your tattoo artist may provide specific aftercare instructions based on their expertise and the nature of your tattoo. Follow their advice diligently for the best results.
Remember, every tattoo and individual's healing process is unique, so it's important to consult with your tattoo artist for specific aftercare instructions tailored to your tattoo.
I hate second-skin. I'm good with seran wrap.
ОтветитьClean it and aquaphora cream
ОтветитьI learnt absolutely nothing from this video thanks
ОтветитьJust got my first tattoo! I’m using an antibacterial soap and LIGHT coconut massage oil. Any issues with these?
ОтветитьHey guys! I did my first tattoo and i wonder i should put the salva on it . I have Done it now for over a week. Just salva , no water.
ОтветитьOne did my tattoo just told me to use foam soap then warm water then pat it dry with paper towel
ОтветитьPriority is to keep germs out so neat bleach is best, just keep it constantly soaking for the first 24hrs
ОтветитьMy artist uses second skin and I love it. 2-3 days on the tattoo just too protect it from the elements and rubbing when it’s fresh. Especially cause I’m a mechanic and work in some pretty hot/cold and dirty environments. After that a nice A&D ointment and dial gold soap.
Ответитьfirst two days aquaphor then unscented lotion from there
ОтветитьI use Recovery Derm Shield now over saniderm. I never even got the redness I just like recovery more 😂
ОтветитьWhen u have a fresh one and u unwrap it after an hour is it okay to just let it air dry or do u need to wash it right away
ОтветитьU guys are doing too much keep it simple and sweet you don’t need 500 hundred people to sit down for us
Ответить“Im sponsor by sanaderm so for me I use sanaderm” cool bro awsome lol 🤣
Ответитьgot my first yesterday... Thank you for this
ОтветитьMy artist I’m going to says can swim the day after??! I don’t know what to do
ОтветитьJust coconut oil
ОтветитьWhat kind of lotion.!!
Ответитьthe wounds being TOOKIN CARE OF.....WTF WTF
ОтветитьCocoa butter
ОтветитьIt was a fun surprise after my first tattoo that all the products my artist recommended were the ones I use normally since my skin is very reactive (fragrance-free, sensitive skin lubriderm & fragrance-free infant formula Dr. Bronners). They're also very economical products!
ОтветитьAloe vera vitamin e oil soap with aquaphor thank me later
ОтветитьI came from the age of A and D and dry heal lol I use aquaphor but either or works for me ,
I’ve never did a straight dry heal does that work ?
The blonde haired tattoo artist has a lot of sex appeal.
Ответитьi wear latex gloves everyday for work , how do i go about this and let it heal proper ?
ОтветитьI used toilet cleaner, now I'm having hard time writing this comment with single hand. 🤣😵💫
ОтветитьFor me its a thin layer of aquaphor after washing the tat for 3-4 days and then change to hustle butter. When its done healing I use hustle butter every now and then, its keeps the colors intact and bright.
ОтветитьHussle butter is the best!!! I’ve used aquaphor and A&D but aquphor definitely better until I found hussle butter more of a moisturizer than a thick clear topical, goes on smooth and doesn’t leave a crazy residue.
ОтветитьThe blonde is leng 🔥😈
ОтветитьI don't know why people put lotion on their tattoo. It traps dirt.
ОтветитьWatching videos like this and reading so many thoughtful comments makes it all the more bizarre to me when tattoed people are criticized for being "reckless" and having "poor impulse control" lol It takes effort & discipline to protect your ink as it heals and afterwards as well (of course, some of us may be but that also goes for non- tattoed people) !
ОтветитьI find that clear plastic bags are easier to work with in comparison to saran wrap. It wont cling to itself and does the same job
Ответить
