This is by far one of my favorite entries in the series and my favorite N64 game overall. it's not hard to get your hands on and I highly recommend grabbing a copy and trying it for yourselves!
ОтветитьI remember i beat this whole game from the beginning to the end no saving it took me 10 hours ooowee
ОтветитьWouldn't it be great if Konami brought this game back to the Switch!
ОтветитьCome on Goemon everybody Goemon.Goe goe goe GOE!
ОтветитьCouldn't agree more
ОтветитьMystical Ninja is top 20 N64 game for sure
Ответитьmysical ninja was the game for me. I never finished it because my dad would always turn the console off before I could. darn electric bill
ОтветитьAt the beginning of the video, you described my Friday evening perfectly; heading to Blockbuster to play a game right after school.
I wish Mystical Ninja was on NSO, I never made it far either because I didn't understand why my game couldn't save until years later.
"Orc Arena of Time" I would play that
ОтветитьThis was my favorite game as a kid I used to beat this game in a day no need for a control pack. Once I got the control pack I got all the lucky cats and unlocked the Robot Boss Mode on the menu screen.
ОтветитьThis game was so dope, I beat it like 20 times.
ОтветитьNot really sure where these comparisons to ocarina of Time are coming up when these tropes are already established in A Link to the past.
ОтветитьI really wish Konami would release a collection, or maybe let this series onto the Switch online service.
ОтветитьMan I got a GameCube but no memory card for like 3 months lmao
Back in the day....
This game was a huge part of my childhood. Would love to see it get a rerelease along with goemons great adventure.
ОтветитьMuch ado today is made about Mario 64's strange atmosphere and vibe, but Goemon has it beat by a thousand percent.
ОтветитьYES
ОтветитьI don't care mystical ninja needs to come back
ОтветитьBeen a fan of this game since Last year 2022, This game is so cool to me. I wish I grew up with this! A few years too late :( Born in '04 so n64's were already considered old as hell as soon as I was on the internet
Ответить100% a gem. Still shocked to this day they haven’t done a sequel or a remake . We need to rally together and make it happen !!!!
ОтветитьIchiro Mizuki, aka Aniki, did the main vocals for the Impact song. He died a few years back, but had a long career doing themes for various anime and sentai series.
ОтветитьFinally, someone who understands me.
ОтветитьNot the best, but absolutely outstanding for game released way before Zelda:OOT.
Very well done on every way.
Even multiple characters to play.
One of the most enjoyable N64 -games, just like Mischief Makers and Conker's Bad Fur Day on terms of fun & humor.
Mystical Ninja alone forced me to purchase expensive memory card without any hesitation.
It is that good.
People's entire perception of videogames was broadened when they stepped out into Hyrule Field in Ocarina of Time for the first time.
For me, it was stepping out into Kai Highway. And good lord does this game's OST fucking rock.
DA
DA
DASH
I'm sure I'm not the first to point out the Xbox had a HD. So you didn't need a memory card.
ОтветитьReally wanna know where you're getting an OR sound out of Ocarina...shits frustrating to hear over and over again lol but other than that great video, happy to see Goemon getting love.
ОтветитьThis game filled me with so much magic back in the day! A time where I was falling in love with Japanese culture. Never felt the same feeling since in gaming. I did 100% of this game. A modern take is so needed!!!!!!
ОтветитьNice vid
ОтветитьEasily one of my favorite games of all time
ОтветитьThe title is facts. I beat this but left mario 64 half done ngl
ОтветитьI got this game used in box at blockbuster for I think around $30 cad in 1999. Cool thing about blockbuster back in the day is if you rented something a few times you could just out right buy the shelf copy from the store if you asked. And yeah, the controller pak thing got me too, thankfully for the Christmas before i got one of those 3rd party n64 accessory paks that had a bunch of stuff in it, including a memory card the infamous super pad 64 plus(don't know why everyone hates on this thing, i actually really liked it back in the day). But to this day, this game still is one of my most memorable childhood experiences ever. Back then I was super into what ever anime YTV was showing and would rent what every VHS anime OVA I could get from the video store. Playing a game with pure Japanese atmosphere and music just blew my mind. I would get immersed in the world as if I was playing a video game Anime OVA. From the level design and scenery to the map and locations its self, it felt like I was living some kind of adventure across the county of Japan. The soundtrack for this game is amazing. The gameplay is decent enough even though the camera can be finicky at times waiting for it to center. But the control was tight and all the cool stuff you had to do to progress really brought this home for me. Still in my top 20 of all time.
ОтветитьGame needs an HD remaster with a full orchestra soundtrack
ОтветитьDuring the impact battles, if you do two light punches, then mash the chain pipe button (I think it's R), you can smack the boss with the chain pipe for extra damage. I just found that out watching some boss videos of those fights, blew my mind as I never knew that was a possible attack, much like how the multi punch and beam were new to you
ОтветитьIVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS GAME FOR SO FUCKIN LONG THANK YOU
ОтветитьYour Xbox didn’t have internal hard drive ? Cap
Ответитьmost under rated game of all time for N64
its top 10
broo core memories dude thank you
ОтветитьThis is my favorite N64 game. Thanks for spreading the love.
ОтветитьThis was my hidden gem growing up playing on n64. I told people about it and they just looked at me weird haha one of the greatest games of all time!
ОтветитьEmitsuuuuuuuuuuuu
ОтветитьI always liked how the music in dungeon 2 and 3 had more added to them the deeper you go.
ОтветитьMy ABSOLUTE favorite game ever, even to this day, no game could/will ever compare how much i love this game.
Did finish it so many times i did lost count, i don't know what it is but this game has that little something today games lack.
Forgotten license unfortunetaly but this game definitely deserve a remake, would play it in a heartbeat👌
I agree! This was the beset and most fun game I ever palyed on N64. I remember how epic Zleda and SM64 were, but I kept playing this game over and over well after I beat it. It had humor, playful animation, mystery, this lovely japanese feel, and the music was beautiful. BEST N64 GAME!
ОтветитьI hope they bring this and the sequel to Nintendo Switch Online
ОтветитьThis game and blast corps were games I grow up renting at my local video store 👀 for the life of me. I couldn’t remember the names so for years I was looking for games I couldn’t remember, so I was starting to think I was making them up 😅🤣😭🤣
ОтветитьI still prefer the second game
ОтветитьThat's a funny way to spell Mischief Makers
