I have been gathering all necessary information for the endorsement when i came across this video, i am a frontend web developer with an experience of 4years, i am currently working with the third(Fintech ) company since the inception of my career before i found out about global talent. I 🙏 will appreciate it if you will be a guilde as to why i was able to succeed on this path. I have my personal statement ready, my references (two is ready), i was told on a blog on the internet that i should provide like 4 to 5 references but i have only worked for 3 software firm. If there are additional information i can get from you i will appreciate 🙏 it.

I am currently living in London on Tier 2 Skilled visa and looking to change to Global talent visa as it will be a safe coating during recession :), My company is in cost cutting mode and firing apprehensions are high.

1) I am a Fintech industry, Project manager (at director level) so just want to check if it’s worth applying in the category as not sure how they consider this profile.

I have couple of doubts in regards with requirements.

1. We need 3 LOR
2. We need to write SOP
3. Mandatory and optional evidence

So in mandatory and optional evidence, what we need to exactly provide?

And apart from that, what else do we need to provide for endorsement ( I mean how can we provide evidence for recognition? )
