This man lifted 100kg more times than I can lift 40kg
ОтветитьTongan Power 🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🐴🐴🐴
ОтветитьThat's coz of ALL the corned beef, kalo & ulu!
ОтветитьHe looks like Brian shaw
ОтветитьGo beavs
ОтветитьI'M 215 LBS and rep this for 20 times so i'm happy about that
ОтветитьLol I did the bar for 50 and thought it was cool lmao
ОтветитьDaym Eddie Hall strongman is 52 reps, makes Paea fkn strong 😂😂😂
Ответитьshould have counted the 50th rep
ОтветитьThe record is by Justin Ernest in the 1999 NFL combine where he did 51 reps of 225 pounds!
ОтветитьImagine being the next guy after that
Ответить;flake.Bye
ОтветитьWhat about Ernst's 51?
ОтветитьIs that really his Son doing the reps on the bench
ОтветитьOnce I did 12, and that was when I was out of shape. I ran out of gas. In shape, maybe 17 or 18. And that's without really weight training that much.
ОтветитьMade it look easy 🤙🏾
ОтветитьBro be benchin like there ain't no tomorrah
ОтветитьMy favorite part is when the spotter goes from soothing voice to drill instructor
ОтветитьShort arms make benching significantly easier. For a tall guy with long arms you have a huge disadvantage. But the tall guy would win a fight. Bench doesn't mean all that much
ОтветитьHe did not break it once he got to 43 he stopped holding it for 5 seconds and continuing does not count
ОтветитьI'm up next.
ОтветитьHHHHHHHHHHHmjHHHHHHH
ОтветитьI love the fact that the trainer just goes after 40+ reps « now let’s go to work » like wtf
ОтветитьThe guy talking to him isn't helping...
ОтветитьHe was only a margin away from 50
ОтветитьNo matter how many reps the next guy does, he's going to look bad.
ОтветитьThat is just unbelievable
ОтветитьI can only imagine the nasty chest pump he must’ve felt
ОтветитьThats crazy
ОтветитьSpotter was sus
ОтветитьSeemed to be 4 inches above his chest on most reps minima.
ОтветитьCame and watched again lol. I love the spotter. Gets me hype lol. Especially when he says now let’s go to work
ОтветитьFun fact: My dad lifts casually and in his prime could hit a max of 440lbs (199kgs). At that time, mine was 360lbs (163kgs). We had a 225lbs contest. I hit 225lbs for 23 reps and thought surely he’d have me beat. He gassed out at 17 reps and was shaking violently. For the life of him, he couldn’t hit another.
That is why I am so impressed by this video. Para has strength and endurance. Legend has it that his max was close to 600lbs.
Still ain’t the record. Give Justin some credit.
ОтветитьBack in high school the Samoans were always the strongest kids on our team
ОтветитьBlake corum could have done 40 if this was his form.
ОтветитьSuperman
ОтветитьI Did 50 Reps 10 years Ago in my Mid 40's ! Congratulations to this Young Man!
ОтветитьThat's pretty strong, but I wonder how many reps he'd get if he didn't bounce it off his chest every rep.
ОтветитьHow old was that bloke
ОтветитьRonnie Coleman does 72
ОтветитьI like the bedroom style soft whispering of encouragement and the hip thrusting of the spotter
ОтветитьThat is 49 divided by 2. He wasn't locking up below 40.
ОтветитьCombine record is 51. 1999
ОтветитьAn unreal display of pure power
Ответить2024 I’m still hyped! Lol
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьExtra credit weight bench;
Ответить@danielryjov this is the kind of reps I’m talking about. How many reps can you do like this with 225, certainly not 100. Maybe 50 to 60 I would love to see it.
Ответитьdont be kissing my head after benching 22 49 times.
Ответить
