Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak - All Armor Sets For Male & Female So Far!

Funny how male armor sets get cool masks and the visors are down for their armors while woman get giant metal skirt and then most the armor head pieces u can see their face. Not all the female armor is bad but my gosh most of it is. I literally watched this video just to see if it was even worth playing my female character but ima just switch it to a dude lol. Thank goodness for character vouchers

I am about to create my character and from playing female MHW I knew I had to search the differences between male and female before doing it again, unfortunately I am disappointed to see female armor being borderline bikini armor again

I came here cause of the ps5 version release and seeing this armors designs gave me like a downgrade feeling …in Iceborn-world lots of armor designs were great !!!

some of them are interesting but some are just too similar , i feel they made them to generic compared to there older counter parts

I swear monster hunter is one of the few games that makes me never want to play as a female character. You go from seeing all these amazing armors on the males to shitty skirts and dresses on the female outfits. You wanna know what's really sexy Capcom? Not getting your head caved in or having your legs stabbed through. Put on some god damn clothes and a helmet. Throw away the stupid tiaras I'm not a princess I'm trying to fight god.

Well, atleast Gore Magala looks cool for Females. The Astalos comparison for Male and Females sucks, i love the males version way more

One thing that bothers me about most female sets are the headwear always being some tiara and hairdo instead of a helmet or complete lack of armored areas lol. I get it I guess but come on. I'd want to be completely covered in armor. Just saying. Lol

Was hoping most armor would not be bulky. I hate that. And it's common in MH games. But with ninja, light armor makes sense.

Ya know, the thing that bugs me the most here is that these are all master rank armor....and most of them look EXACTLY like their low/high rank counter parts...I was REALLY excites when the iceborne trailer launched because they showed new variants of existing armor that made me want to kill them all over again. Not here, there's absolutely zero reason to do this other than kill harder monsters and get stronger. Sure you have a few new sets but meh.

what is the max level of armor to upgrade its defense

Half the armors make u look like power rangers and the other half is mostly meh, rly miss world armors

I honestly don’t like any of these. I’ve been sort of disappointed with most the armor of the newer gen, look like some crazy mech or over the top Naruto villain, or a power ranger. The sets from second gen (Unite in particular) imo were the best, back when they had gunner armor too. So many options. This all just seems over the top and goofy idk. For once I’d like some beautiful steel plate armors, or like some medieval style realistic looks, everything is just so cartoony.

I was really excited to play a female hunter, but the tactical stockings and exposed face are kinda annoying. Might switch back to Male just for the cool helmets. Plus those absurdly enormous hoop skirt things don't help. . .

Damn they really fucked up Ibushi and Narwa’s gear for MR. Where did the badass demon masks go! At least layered armor exists.

Dang this is the best looking armors I've seen in any MH game. Iceborne had some good ones but others there are over the top. This is the balance of Godly looking armors plus realitic looking armors

Honestly the concepts are nice but for some reason they look off. Like too plasticy, action viger esct. Just don't like the visual style of Rise really.
