1 minute to start with your DEUS II metal detector

OK, XP Deus2, I need some different coils, I need you to get with it. XP. I got all three coils now and need a snipper coil and I need a weighted coil for water hunting. The existing coils float in the water. I rather use my Minelab Excalibur has weighted coil that hugs the bottom. Get with it. XP. Merrell we are counting on you to get them motivated.

The screen is shit.
Its not easy to navagate,yes its a good machine,that coukd be simlified.
Its got great features and ajust ments,but navigation is a problem,screen is not the best.
Besides that, its canny

D2 is a Game Changer on the Beach use Beach sensitive 👍

Is it important to ground grab?

True the Deus 2 can be used very simply with no adjustment, and in under a minute, unless you have a temperamental 11" coil as we do, that sometimes takes well over a minute and maybe 2 minutes to connect to the controller. We have reported this the Marcus at Regtons but he wasn't interested unless it stops connecting altogether. We have been monitoring this problem for a few months and to narrow it down to a faulty coil we bought a new 13" coil to see if that behaves the same, and the 13" coil is perfect and connects every time in between 7 and 10 seconds, so the fault lies with the original 11" coil, which should really be replaced under warranty, but this won't happen unless Marcus or Nigel at Regtons takes it seriously. The 11" coil takes so long sometimes that we have decided that it isn't going to connect and have decided to go home lol

I think many of the people who don't like the D2 or think it's too complicated simply aren't technologically savvy.

I was on the fence about buying mine pre-order between the Legend because I was nervous about it being super hard to learn. I was upgrading from the Garrett AT Max with 1 year of experience.

Just bought one after 2 years with a equinox 800. And let me tell you its a headache to change machines when you know the previous one like the back of your hand. Have probably watched deus 2 videos for 20 hours in total 😁 And..the machine need an "all metal button" like the nox. Use it alot when the machine is falsing. Btw..love all the videos!
