April is National Pet First Aid month. Would you know what to do if your pet had an emergency? The actions taken during or immediately after an emergency can have life or death consequences for our pets. Join Pasadena Humane’s own Dr. Maria Pyrdek for a discussion on real-life pet emergencies and preparing for the unexpected. Topics will include creating your own pet first aid kit, identifying emergencies, and what to do during and immediately after an event to help your pet. Real case studies and situations will be used to help prepare attendees to face pet emergencies with knowledge and confidence and maybe even save a life.
