At EVO there were 3 Dragunovs in the Top 8 and today there was a mirror match in the final, Dragunov needs nerfs because otherwise it makes the tournaments boring

800 nerfs later Dragunov is still broken. Qcf 4 is +7, chip damage, medium attack and wakes up Heat. I know I can sidestep but it's an attack with too many properties.
