All looks great... but I have to say one thing.. in both the taquitos and the enchiladas... those appear to be flour tortillas. Not corn. Did you use flour for ease in filming or was this a mistake somehow?

Not fully vegan but want to eat more vegan and the Chorizo Mac and Jackfruit tinga enchiladas are a massive hit at home with all of us including husband and toddler - thank you!! :D

The Philly cheese steak looks ... inedible. Sorry. Y'all do such a good job typically, but that veganization of an American classic is crap, and a vegan from Philly would laugh you out of your own house if you tried to serve it to them.

Portabello mushrooms, thin mushroom gravy, peppers, onions, and we have this vegan cheese in the US called Chao ... that's what you wanna use.

Toast the bread, pour some of the gravy in there, Chao cheese, mushie/pepper/onion mixture, little more gravy and you're set.
