I hope she does well. Her mother abused her by letting her become obese, albeit she did not seem to know better herself she could have consulted with a doc/nutritionist and gone for walks with the kids.

She doesn’t sound obsessed to me. Sounds like a good workout. I’m doing 30 squats with 17lb kettlebells in each hand or a 30lb dumbbell and 30 glute bridges with a 90lb barbell , 1 minute russian twists with a 10lb medicine ball, 3 sets, walking lunges with 10lb rubber ball over my head. Among other exercises.

I had weight loss surgery and 2 pregnancies after. I gained and lost that Weight several times. Your right surgery doesn't fix it. You have to want it. You have to eat better and work out to. Which she is doing.

Why she not on the ozempic yet ? It's like Hollywoods new way of not having weightloss surgery and doing it the "gym"

Even if she did have surgery, there’s nothing wrong with it. Weight loss surgery is sometime the fresh start people need, and then after you have the surgery you still have to make lifestyle changes to maintain it. So changes are required whether you have the surgery or now.
