ОтветитьYou broke this down in a way that’s very easy for a beginner to understand, thank you
ОтветитьWas gonna subscribe but I’m not handsome :(
ОтветитьThis is next level content. "Sit straight up and concentrate" type next level.
Ответитьi feel well informed now
ОтветитьAmazing video
ОтветитьWtf crazy
ОтветитьI tried to sub and found out I was already subbed 😭
ОтветитьMy favorite way to add texture recently has been to take a variety of water sounds such a the ambient sound of rivers, pouring a glass of water, etc, then running it through Portal. You get some absolutely beautiful sounds this way. To take it to the next level I'll layer pre portal water sounds and layer it with a long and continuous arp melody, then run that through the an instance of Portal together. Gives me chills every time, it literally sounds like an alien water god rubbing your brain.
ОтветитьI subscribed because I'm handsome
ОтветитьI fucking love this. No bullshit no beating around the bush no forced self promotions. Just information as we were promised. Subscribed
ОтветитьThat last plug-in was crazy
Ответитьmaybe it'd feel a little less commercial if you'd tell at the beginning of the vid you're selling something
ОтветитьSo chill! Shall we connect?
ОтветитьGreat video! Only 5 mins but felt like 20 mins worth of info and v clearly explained, thanks! 🔥
ОтветитьJust buy analog gear. Texture problem solved
Ответитьthis video inspired me to try using textures in my beats which i’ve never done before, thank you
ОтветитьNice work.
Also, if you record background noise, you can use a split to stems/separate to strip this sounds down even further, select what you like, or EQ the sounds and apply effects to each little bit the way you want.
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Ответитьi can't say for certain that i've used the exact word "texture" at some point while describing music, but i've definitely used "chunky", "thin", "crunchy", "crispy", and "buttery", so i feel like we're on the same wavelength (no pun intended) hear (pun intended)
Ответитьboss
ОтветитьI have been waiting for a channel like this
ОтветитьNote that the tyler and gorillaz vocals, next to their saturation are heavily low and hipassed, this adds a great deal to the character. Play around with it, see what you like 😊
Ответитьfeedback is always over looked!
love recording guitar feedback :)
another sick video thanks man
Am so glad Sam Gellaitry is making producer content now, sharing his talent with the world!!!
ОтветитьGreat one
ОтветитьR u surę that the ""textures"" actually work like that? R u surę that your plugins are actually true emulations and not just product trap fx that doesn't care if it's made right and just Ableton producer friendly stuff?
After all this is just for producers, not for sound designers, so ok if you just want to make something that is just a product
What’s with Tyler the creators fruity ass on the thumbnail😭
ОтветитьThat soundly place it plugin is a GEM 😮😮😮😮
ОтветитьI love the wide application of this principle. It's applicable for everything from house to trap to dubstep.
ОтветитьWhen you brought out the Zoom SampleTrack, that first Chord was like instant Discovery-Era Daft Punk. That was the coolest thing.
ОтветитьVery good video.
Ответить10/10 will refer this to our fellow producers
Ответитьhow do you say so many words without actually saying anything
ОтветитьDisclosure is the best of the best. Been the goats for me ever since I hear defeated no more, latch, January for the fist time when I was 12 haha
ОтветитьWhich disclosure video was that
ОтветитьThanks for the gems🔥
Ответитьuse portal.
ОтветитьYou da best for real
ОтветитьThis video alone is amazingly informative imagine the other videos from the channel, damn
