my god, the germans eat like dogs!
ОтветитьIt’s so simple 😮
ОтветитьOhhh man ,,*! Germans would love Filipino Crispy Pata 😊
ОтветитьMan I swear to God this is so similar to Chinese' braised pork hock (knuckle).. some version even deep fry the skin. We don't make it with potato dumpling but we put potato in the pot while you braise and it becomes soft and soaked with the gravy....

ОтветитьI love German food.
ОтветитьThese are amazing!!!!
ОтветитьNaimas ngata nga pulutanen dagitoy
ОтветитьHeil!
ОтветитьTraditional for afters they invade Poland
ОтветитьThis is literally the only food worth eating in Germany , the rest just fills a gap and is bore fest and bland
ОтветитьWhat you wouldn’t know is that 10% of the German population are vegetarian, the highest in Europe.
ОтветитьAs a german and bavarian i approve of this video XD
theres a foodtruck every wednesday here ad a local supermarket and they have crispy pork knuckle, roasted chicken, roasted duck, spare ribs and pork belly all roasting on a spit!
Muslims don’t eat pork. It’s haram.
ОтветитьShow us how the pigs are killed, I wanna see the humane way
ОтветитьI hope to try it there one day. Hofbrau is my favourite festbier brewer. Theirs has the fullest flavour of all the breweries whose products we have access to here in Helsinki.
ОтветитьI'll eat that thing like a Neanderthal.
ОтветитьI personally prefer to eat dogs. They taste good, they've had a good life, their flesh is full of essential nutrients, and, so, it's ok to kill them. It's also a tradition in my family to eat dogs and we know the man who raises them and kills them. The killing was humane and quick.
Why are you shocked? They're just dogs. They don't matter.
Look, I've got nothing against people who don't wanna eat dogs but it wouldn't be possible for me to not eat dogs because I like the taste so much. It's my personal choice. Please respect my right to eat whatever I want.
If you're reading this, you're shocked at what I just said, aren't you?
No, no, I don't actually eat dogs.
Please, don't kill pigs. Just like dogs, they are sentient and innocent and just like dogs, they don't wanna die, at all.
We all know they both have feelings and that we wouldn't want to kill them if we had to do it ourselves. What if this pig flesh was the flesh of a dog? What would you think of it then? What's the ethical difference between eating a pig and eating a dog?
The only difference is their species.
Make the connection.
Интересно, спасибо
ОтветитьMy mother was an Austrian who also was a fantasic cook. I paid attention because she never used recipes. The schnitzel, leiberknodel, etc was sublime. I was at the this restauraunt in 2002. The pork knuckle is just about the best pork I have ever tasted. There is a place in Vienna at the fairgrounds called Schweitzerhaus or something. Fantastic there, too. Comes with buckets of good beer. The wait staff knew I was a yank and they almsot stood over me, making sure I ate it all. Very good time.
Ответить1 Knödel ist aber bisserl kümmerlich für so ne Haxe :(
ОтветитьYummy 😋 everyone's favorite food 😊
ОтветитьAfter watching this video I just have one question - is it pronounced "Schweinsaxe" like the narrator does and how it is spelled in the video, or is it pronounced "Schweinisaxe" like the chef says it with an i? Why does he add an i?
Deutsche leute bitte hilfe.
Wow this looks fantastic. I'd like to visit Germany and try this dish. Greetings from Tyneside England UK.
ОтветитьToo many younger Germans no longer enjoy classical dishes like Schweinhaxe because they never aquired a taste of skin, tendon and fat tissue. They rather eat boring dry boneless meat.
ОтветитьLool wth so plain and an unadorned. Looks and probably tastes bland.
ОтветитьThat looks really good
ОтветитьIs that just potato and salt?
Ответить"Typical Oktoberfest Dish From Germany" No this is wrong. It is typical for Bavaria. That is NOT Germany. Bavaria is just a small part of Germany (and the Bavarians tend to think they are Bavarians, not Germans)..
ОтветитьI had a wonderful time at the HB, good food and beer and of course the atmosphere is great.
ОтветитьThe pigs 'roam around freely in their stall' Isn't that like allowing a prisoner to walk around in his cell?
ОтветитьThis's Haven foods just by looking at him eating I can gain another 10 lbs WOW...😊😊😊😊😊😊😅
ОтветитьIve been to 65 countries and currently live in Bavaria and i can confidently say German food is the worst in the world. Best beer though
ОтветитьΕχω πάει χαχαχα
Ответитьthe pigs doing really well! yammy!
Ответитьcome to Bavaria and try it :-) ;-)
ОтветитьDon't mention the war, 🍗
ОтветитьGerman cooking is bad. Skip it. German Bakery is good.
ОтветитьI want
ОтветитьI am convinced pigs are oversized rats!!!😂😂😂! I can’t digest pork, but I LOVE seeing this prepared dish as well as those happy pigs (and viewing piglets). Those creatures are the cutest animals! And I honestly think they operate at some type of ADHD genetic pace, again, in joyful my opinion.😂😂😂! Loved this video!❤
Thanks for sharing!🇩🇪

ОтветитьHad this in Munich, nothing special and very dry. Would rather eat curry wurst over this
ОтветитьThis is a reminder that a deliciously crispy dish does not need to be plunged into boiling fat and fried.
Ответитьhaxe is nearly as good as schäufele
ОтветитьAn amazing pig like this. You don't eat all at one time
ОтветитьI'll take a pork knuckle and a beer please.😉
ОтветитьI had exactly that at that exact location 5 years ago! It was truly amazing.
ОтветитьShweinshaxe seems like the sort of recipe that might look simple but takes years and years to master. Pork is high grade and very cheap where I live, and we make amazing beer too, I'll try my hand at it!
ОтветитьIt's nice to see how freely the pigs roam in their cell.'
