I honestly love how casual the reveal was. It was pretty much the same thing in the manga, if I remember correctly. No dramatic splash page or anything... Just Reiner going "yeah dude I'm the armored titan and he's the colossal. Let's go for a few drinks, man. That cool?"

Loooved how casual the reveal was. We were absolutely stunned when we got to that part. xD

If you watch the s4 trailer, there's part when Reiner and Eren was talking and it was like this ...~

It show that he don't want to kill humanity, but the responsibility he had force him to did that.

I know this is a hot take, but the subtitles actually ruin when Reiner reveals this. Meaning the dub actually does the revel better. Because the dub doesn't cut out the background chatter, making you think you've heard something wrong almost. Like "did he really just say that?" instead of knowing what you read.

Fun fact, by the time Annie had attacked during her first appearance as the female titan, Armin had already figured out it was her. When Armin, Reiner and Jean were stuck outside the wall with only two horses during that expedition, Armin offered to get left behind with one condition, that Reiner report something to command, directly to commander Erwin if possible. If Armin told Reiner that he knew Annie was the female titan, things would have turned out MUCH differently, but Historia came with an extra horse, and probably saved Armins life.

no the steam was from annie's blood lmao. even if he's a titan shifter, the blood was annie's 🙄 reiner didn't cut himself and annie didn't crush reiner's head. even if he's a titan shifter, he wouldn't be able to survive that crush if she really did
