woow that´s amazing
ОтветитьWhat a sexy little space.
ОтветитьLove this space! A murphy bed with a couch underneath could enhance the space - if one wanted more enertaining options.
ОтветитьMy man.
ОтветитьLovely.🥰
Ответитьhe's so hot but also chill and the space reflects that
ОтветитьEs preciosa :D
ОтветитьJacobo, Hi! Jo sóc Américain i jo visc a BCN amb el meu chicote Catalan. A mi m'agrada molt el seu apartment. Nosaltras tenim el mataix 1950s gust. Up cop, jo vaig veura dens un EICHLER HOUSE in California. Si tu no saps sobra els casas Eichler, google Eichler Houses. Hi ha molts dens els Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay Areas i jo crec que tu encentarà (Em sap grey però jo no parlo Castella, nomes Català, i no gare bé. Graciàs el Déu per google!!
ОтветитьHow do you stop a shed from leaking?
ОтветитьGreat job using that wonderful MCM wood. Smart use of seating. Kitchen is perfect. I was worried about the bathroom for a minute there but as long as the toilet has a sink then PHEW. Looks beautiful. Thanks for inviting us in for a look.
ОтветитьThe apartment was beautifully and very cleverly designed. The toilet was my favourite. I love square and rectangle toilets, or toilets like this one which are round only around the edges. I do not like round toilets
ОтветитьBeautiful, very elegant
ОтветитьI love this one. So unique and refreshing.
ОтветитьIt's his home ❤
ОтветитьI love the apartment! Also, I hope the owner knows that Lilies are deadly and toxic to dogs and cats
Ответитьlove the color of the bathroom
ОтветитьWow. Jacobo has so much talent. His apartment is really nice. I love his style and how he created a beautiful terrace and made the whole apartment so functional and nice when he did that. Plus, he managed to do it on a budget and without building everything from scratch or buying everything new and incorporate vintage furniture and inexpensive cabinets, but the end result is so impressive.
ОтветитьI would love to work at Never Too Small, it seems so fun
ОтветитьI always have this intuitive Nordic objection to outside multipurpose spaces.
My first thought is always "Nooo, you're gonna be cold! Your cushions will mold! Your table will be worn down by rain and snow!"
Then I remember it's because they live somewhere where it's actually nicer to be outside than inside most of the year. That's wonderful for you. We're not even remotely envious...
O loved the bathroon design!
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьCongrats Jacobo for your apartment! Glad to see that in Barcelona people use small apartments. They have a lot of potencial!!! I live in Barcelona and it's a pity the abusive prices of living in the city. If people can afford good renovations for small spaces I think the perception of the people as well and the market would change, and examples like yours would be more common.
ОтветитьMy only question is why 3 sinks in less than 400 Sq ft?
ОтветитьI love the wood! It makes it feel good. Plenty of room. Awesome
ОтветитьAlthough I dont think I could ever live in such a small space, I can appreciate the meticulous attention to detail and the goreaous design choices. enjoyed this one!
ОтветитьLove everything until I realized the sink is right next to the bed. Every splash of water will get to the bed I'm afraid ...
ОтветитьTom of Finland I saw.
ОтветитьI really like it! Great architect!
I would like to know how much this kind of refurbishment costs (aprox/m2) because I am planning to do a similar project. Could anyone tell me? Thank you!
Its like a well designed houseboat with a terrace at the end. I like it. Good job!
ОтветитьRight after you watched this video you want to watch it again. So warm, beautiful and comfortable space!
ОтветитьIt's great! Even though it's dark wood, the cozy feeling is right! Also, he is very clever with its use of old and modern furniture, changing its appearance. I really like the seating area, you could think of a bistrot, sort of. And the shower near the terrace, giving the feeling to be outside... Woah!! Comfortable and beautiful appartement ❤
ОтветитьFinally an apartment with lots of character. I love the wooden look, the kitchen and the terrace. Just the bed inbetween shower and kitchen is not my cup of tea.
ОтветитьThis studio is so beautiful
ОтветитьThis space is so lovely and well done. I love it.
ОтветитьLove this! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
ОтветитьThe shower idea is great
ОтветитьThe Charlotte Perriand's original cabinets are fantastic ! Now our days their value is huge.
Ответитьvery beautiful, peacful and bright 👌👌👌house of Jacobo 😊I like Jacobos way of telling /explaining 👍
ОтветитьThis is my favourite apartment on this channel. Beautiful!
ОтветитьUn hombre interesante.
ОтветитьI love mid century style! I just uploaded a new video where I Refinish o cool retro coffee table!!
Ответитьthat Yo La Tengo album is great
Ответитьi love that theres no shame or stigma for ikea, while still reusing old vintage stuff. there's a nice balance of sustainability and affordability.
ОтветитьI love what this architect has done with his space, absolutely brilliant planning and execution!
ОтветитьI could live in this space for the rest of my life! So warm and perfect!
ОтветитьIt's almost like a midcentury house but in the form factor of a Japanese apartment, one room, entering through the galley kitchen with the bathroom tucked away behind a door that makes it look like a closet. Besides the eccentric shower placement of course. I would've maybe used a little less wood though, some views of the kitchen area make it look almost like a motorhome.
ОтветитьWhat about the water splash while taking a shower? I have checked the comments, and nobody said a word about it. There is no curtain nor sliding doors that separate the showing areas. Everywhere would get wet.
ОтветитьJust here to give props for the Yo La Tengo album on display. 😊
ОтветитьThe nebula projector ad is one of the best ones yet- ❤❤ dogs
ОтветитьBeautiful 🤩
