Warm up a pan of water and stand the Castor oil container in it until the oil is warm, then rub oil in any painful joints. I used on my knees, and it helped, but only for a short time. Continuous use may help more.

I had a lump on the side of my face which the doctor told me was a sebaceous cyst. She wrote me a letter to have it surgically removed but warned me that it would leave a small scar.
Before I went to the surgeon, I had the idea of googling "natural remedy for sebaceous cyst". What came up was to rub castor oil into a cyst every day.

I had nothing to lose so I tried it. My cyst totally disappeared within 2 weeks.

It's possible that the rubbing action made the cyst disappear, but I think that it was the castor oil that achieved the result.
