"every radio station played your favorite song" well, not anymore sadly. My local pools plays nothing but crappy mainstream R&B and country. They were all about alt rock back in the days.

This episode made me think that all public pools use that chemical that turns your pee green. So i never peed in the pool as a kid. This show made me a better person. lol

Such a great show shame nothing like this these days like this show is great 4 teens adults and kids like thts rare i feel like malcom comes close

As an ex-lifeguard myself, I can confirm that there are so many power-tripping water headed morons in charge of the lifeguards (and the companies).

They like to bully swimmers, and harass underling/new lifeguards with micromanagement and chewing them out just to justify their “leadership” positions. There’s a reason some of the worst lifeguard companies can’t keep/hire enough staff (especially the Florida based ones, they are the worst).

Did they know Adult Swim would become a channel?

Pete and pete takes me instantly back to a period in life like few other things can. 6-10 years old. Also the last period of life that didnt involve the internet. I'm 36.

Given that this is all in NJ, it hits extra close to home.

I had this episode that I recorded when I was younger. Watched it every summer, didn't seem like it without it
