European and Israeli armaments as needed.
Fighter jets can easily be used as light bombers! The ONLY OTHER WAY to win is-

Europe especially needs to ramp up the production of tanks. It's obviously an incredible bang for your buck for defense spending. Russia obviously needs to be neutered militarily, and Ukraine will do it if they are supplied with the necessary weapons. Otherwise, we'll all be dealing with Russia again and again in the coming decades as we are seeing. The "West" gave peace a chance. It's a great song but just like in WW2, war is necessary here. Tanks are not obsolete yet, particularly when air power is strangled by SAMs. Ukraine has demonstrated the necessary will, bravery, and intelligence needed to make this heavy hardware effective. Ukrainians are not robots nor are they stupid. They need the emotional boost of the West's support for heavy weapons to show that the West wants this conflict to end ASAP. No intelligent people want to be cannon fodder which is what the west will be accused of using Ukrainians for if they don't supply Leopard 2's at the very least, never mind F-16's.
