7.32 CHANGES:
- Your Flux does less slow now (it used to be 50% at lvl 4 now it's 35%), BUT the slow effect now always applies, regardless of whether there's friendly units/heroes around the target. The damage part of Flux remains the same with the old effects.

the slow nerf 50 to 35% changed a lot my playstyle on midlaner, the enemies doesn't get slowed enough on lvl 3 slow
